I went to Posh for lashes. Less than 24 hours later this is how they looked. I immediately called and was told that they don't refund. I said that I would come in today to have a replacement service. I decided over the weekend that I did not want more lashes from them and asked for another service for the same or a lesser price. Hong the owner said No! I hate when people act stupidly and mess with my money. I told him that I was going to post a bad review and he said, So what! Go ahead. Then I said that I was going to tell everyone that I knew not to go there. He said, Go ahead! I don't care. $35 isn't much to some people but I don't throw money away for nothing. I can fill my gas tank for $35. I then said that I was going to stand in the parking lot outside his shop with a sign , and asked would he give me my money back and he said No! How arrogant for $35. I am not going to hold up a sign in the parking lot. I did post this review on his website and this one. I am now going to find out which licensing agency allows him to operate in America because in America we have rules and laws governing businesses and I know for a fact that keeping my money is illegal. read more

So unimpressed with this salon. I have been here two times before just for an eyebrow was and it was always fine. A friend wanted to try it out for a pedicure and I needed a new SNS/dip set. I was terribly disappointed. My technician was rude, no personality, not personable, left dirt under my nails and was so rough on my hands that they ached until today (two days later). I'm so disappointed because the color selection is amazing. Loved all the options. Then going up to the front I was charged $47. I asked why and they charged me to take off my previous dip set even though I was purchasing a brand new set? And for $7? Absolutely not especially not for that kind of poor quality service. But strictly for customer service I will never use Posh again. The lady next to me came in a day after she had gotten her nails done because a nail fell off (umm...) and my friend who got a pedicure also started chipping not even two days later. I quite honestly have never written a Yelp review but I do look at them, so I feel obligated to save a girl from having a bad day. I went in and asked for the Pinterest photo. I specifically said I wasn't picky how the peaches looked I just wanted a fun design. The nail tech showed the picture to his coworkers & just sat back down not saying anything. We get to the end of my service & I asked where the peaches were. He then decides to tell me that no one could do that design. My problem isn't that no one could do it, it was the lack of communication. If he had told me from the beginning I would've asked for polka dots or something very simply, but instead I walked away with an over expensive and honestly crappy, rushed manicure. They have not done any upgrades to give that "spa" atmosphere that they are trying to sell. Had a wax and the room was filled with supplies and an overall disheveled appearance. I was asked to provide medical documentation to prove that i was sick because i had not used my 75.00 gift certificate that my daughter purchased me for mothers day last year. I am disabled with chronic heart failure, forgive me for concentrating on trying to breathe and barely being able to walk around on a daily basis. My mind should have been on getting that pedicure done before it expired. The gift she was giving me to make me smile has turned into yet another disappointing reminder of my condition. This place is so obnoxious. They charged $285 for sub par nails that were already cracking and smudging before we left. We received 2 sloppy mani pedi's. They nickel and dime you at every corner and the staff is unbelievably rude. We will never again support this establishment. read more

I went here on 4/17 to get my nails done for my birthday on 4/18. I had just gotten in town from working in North Georgia and I was exhausted but looking forward to a pedicure and manicure. When I got there, I asked if they did builder gel (aka BIAB) to which the receptionist said no, but that I could get gel X nails to which I agreed to do. We started with the pedicure, and I was very close to dozing off since the massage was so nice. The guy painted my toes and got me to sit at a table for my nails. He talked me into dip powder instead of the gel x, and I let him know I just didn't want them bulky and he assured me they wouldn't be. He glued the tips on and started shaping them into an almond-like shape. He asked me if I liked them and I mentioned again I didn't want them to be bulky to which he said something about them getting filed. He dipped my fingers into the actual jar of dip powder, (including my open wound pinky from his buffer hitting it) which I now know is unsanitary. Anyway, I had to go back on my birthday to have them fixed. The guy that fixed them did it in less than 10 minutes with an e-file and didn't fix the top coat or re-dip them to hide the sides of my nails being now bare. The shape looks a lot better, but the dip is cracking where it was refilled and not reinforced. I also just started looking at my toes and noticed the gel polish was flooded on my cuticle and is now lifting. I loved this place when it first opened up, but unfortunately I will not be going back. I spent over $150 and feel like I was robbed. read more

I came in late after work to get my nails done (for a wedding that takes place tomorrow), so I understand that it was close to closing time (I came in at 4:30). They assured me it wasn't a problem and got me in. My nail tech rushed through my nails, was not paying any attention to what she was doing, was reading something on her phone the entire time and was yelling at her coworkers constantly. She checked the length on one of my nails with me once and then carelessly did the rest. The receptionist was the only employee that seemed to care and was trying to assist the customers. I have been going to Posh a few times a year for a couple of years, and was surprised when I saw on Yelp that there were several bad reviews. So I decided to check it out again to see if something had changed. Happily, it was just as wonderful as it had been every other time I have gone. The receptionists were very friendly, Tram did my pedicure and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. She was so polite and professional I would definitely recommend asking for her. I watched other customers coming and going and everyone seemed very pleased. The only negative is that I went early and they were cleaning and it was pretty loud. But to me that just shows they care about the store and want to keep up the standards. I'm new to the area and it's safe to say I've been traumatized by previous experiences at other salons in the area. After having resin gel nails for over 2 years I've had to switch to acrylic (hard gel isn't a big thing here). I guess I missed Posh when I was doing my salon search and I wished I came here in the first place. I called in and was able to make an appointment on the same day. I highly recommend coming in with an appointment. Hong did my nails- I was able to explain to him what I like and what I didn't like and we decided to start with a new fresh set. I told him I didn't like the tip to be so thick so he filed them to PERFECTION! He told me about their guarantee and to let him know if there's something I want to change, so helpful and that really made me feel comfortable as weird as it sounds. I just went in for a fill and got the same great service. Since my first appt I was clumsy enough to break half of my pinky nail opening a door and Hong was very gentle with it. Saw some unhappy reviews about the price- just be sure you ask your tech what everything might cost, don't be afraid to ask, I promise it will make you feel better. So tried this place a few times to give it a fair shot... was disappointed the first time but didn't take any pictures. This time I did. They require gloves and mask which is fine but if you are not cleaning your stations, pedicure chairs and a long list of other thing then what is the point? While I was getting g a pedicure I observed one person leave and then new person put into same chair without sanitizing. Also the employees were walking around with out mask or half off mask. They are charging for mask and gloves as you enter and if you have signed a waiver for covid-19 one time it isn't required when you return. I would say 2 weeks later but I am on day six and already need my nails done again. Very over priced for the terrible "ombre" nails and not clean. Do not recommend. The photo shows how my cuticles were trimmed until they started bleeding, And all of them are lifting. NOT 45 dollars worth for a fill in. I went there with my mom on 1 Aug 2020 at 5:00pm. At first it started out great but things changed. 1. When u read the pamphlet for the pedicure u may not get exactly what it says. I expect what is described on the pamphlet- I got the MARGARITA pedicure - it says that limes would be used - well they don't use it. A lot of the descriptions are not what you're going to get 2. This was the MOST appalling: I asked the owner, Hong, where were the limes and he said " The Mexicans took all of the limes for their Corona beer". I looked at him and told him that was not funny at all! Who says stuff like that! Totally racist! He really thought he looked cool saying that! 3. Be careful when you start services - They charge for every little thing and you get surprised when u get to the counter to check out. 4. Lisa got rude towards the end of service.. My mom was trying to explain to her that she has colored powder out on her nails in Texas - Lisa gets an attitude when she was explaining terms - She was trying to tell her "Full Set" meant full set of fake nails today .. Lisa turned into a whole different person - soo much attitude! 5. Lisa charged me $7 to take the polish off my mom's toes - the pamphlet says to take gel off it's $7 she has never had gel - she only had polish - Lisa was not trying to hear it - strange because Lisa took the polish off - she knows it wasn't gel - So I got ripped off!! 6. I've been going to Kong for my gel manicures for months now. They usually run between $35-40 which I feel is reasonable because it's gel polish and lasts a long time. I came in for my pedicure and was satisfied but I was BLOWN AWAY at the cost when I went to check out. I've gotten pedicures in the past that were in the $25 range, but today I noticed they had gone up to $37 for just a basic pedicure!!! I paid it although I did mention that I thought that was very high for what I considered to be a "run of the mill pedicure." Just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, I looked up the prices of some other spas in town and like I suspected, they were ranging from $22-28, with even an upscale spa pedicure priced at $32. I went in on a Sunday to get dip with a manicure and a pedicure. That same night, one of my nails polish cracked. By Thursday, about 7 of my nails were cracked. I called them to see if i could go in to get it fixed, and they told me i could as long as its before the warranty expires. I went in on Friday to get them looked at and fixed. The tech who had originally done my nails was the one that had to fix it, i guess. She seemed very pissed off that i was back to get them fixed. I kindly asked her if she could make the polish a little thicker because my nails are very brittle, and perhaps that is why they cracked. She didn't even acknowledge that i was talking to her. She then said something like "you only have a few crack nails". And i said, "no. If you look in the light, you can see that almost all of them are cracked." So she proceeded to fix my nails. I could feel she was very tense and i felt like a huge burden to be there. Well, after paying like $60-65 for a manicure, i sure as hell didn't want to drive 30 minutes to get my nails fixed after only a few days, but there i was. So whatever, she fixed my nails in a rush and didn't even bother to clean them. My fingers were all dirty and sticky with dip polish. I loved this salon and the environment, but this experience really sucked and made me feel really bad, so i wont be coming back. read more

First the pros: it's a brand new salon with plenty of space and plenty of stations. The tools were all new and sanitized. They have a large selection of services. I had a pedicure which was quite good. I thought the prices were a little high for the area, but not way out of line. The con: the man who did my pedicure asked too many questions, to the point of being intrusive. He was more than nosy. It was almost offensive. It was not a relaxing experience at all. I was floored by the low-class receptionist with an entitled attitude. Quite rude if I do say so myself. She appeared to be more of a line-backer than a receptionist. Would be more suited for a bouncer than someone who works at a front desk. Her harassing and attacking mannerisms made it a miserable experience. But wait, there's more!!! This place is absolutely AMAZING. Calming music and atmosphere and the massage chairs are HEAVEN. I want to take it with me! Lol. I have had, hands down, the best pedicure experience of my life.
