The entire manicure experience was very nice, she cut my cuticles without hurting me, I told her I wanted my nails short and she did just that, she asked for the shape and the color... everything was very nice and smoothly as any manicure service should be. I didn't get any other services done but their pedicure area seemed to be full (good impression, it must mean they're good) and I know they do facials, massages, eyelashes, permanent makeup and waxing as well. They did offer water but I'm not sure whether they have other drinks in their menu. Definitely great first experience; will be coming back.

From around late morning, the salon became crowded, and it didn't feel like the air conditioning was keeping up. Sitting for a pedicure, especially one that uses warm water and steam, became very uncomfortable because of the heat. I ordered the Margarita Pedicure, which cost $87, plus an additional $7 for gel polish removal. For the prices being charged, I expected a much more comfortable environment. My nail technician was very kind, professional, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. This review is not about the staff--they were wonderful. I actually felt sorry for them because they had to continue working in the heat all day while constantly moving around and serving customers. The temperature inside became so uncomfortable that I decided to skip getting my manicure there and went somewhere else afterward to have my nails done. I hope the owner addresses the cooling and ventilation in the salon. Customers are paying premium prices, and the employees also deserve a comfortable and safe place to work. Until the indoor temperature issue is resolved, I personally would not return or recommend this salon.

I told him I just need a cuticle clean up because I had someone in the learning process that I already scheduled with for design. Then they messed up my eyebrow and took too much. I will not be returning. I had to finish the cuticles when I got home because he didn't even push all of them back to clean them up.
