You can make an appointment online at this location. This place is open Tues, Thurs for fingerprinting and a card costs $20 which you have to pay first online. It's located on monument street in a row house that is occupied by BITHGROUP technologies. When you walk up to 113 W monument, there will be a doormat that says bithgroup. Just ring the doorbell and tell them you are here for fingerprinting. A nice lady will come get you and take you down to the basement where the fingerprinting equipment is. The entire process takes about 10 minutes and I got 2 copies of my fingerprint card. Overall, this was an excellent experience. The appointment was easy to make and the staff was fast, professional, and knowledgable of the process. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need fingerprinting done.

When i arrived the door had a lit open sign and nothing to indicate that they were closed. Rather than apologize and ask me to please return Monday Ryan the owner proceeded to be argumentative about it being a holiday. The point is, if you're going to close fine. Just make that known clearly with signage. When confronted with complaints he has nothing but excuses rather than solutions. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service. There are several other businesses in the area that provide these services that are much better. I'd recommend one of those over this one if you want a good experience. There's a lot more i could say but I'll leave it at that. Just terrible all around! Edit: Response to the owners response. First, being a Veteran is appreciated but has absolutely nothing to do with this situation.
