When the gentleman showed up in an unmarked car with a small machine he plugged into the wall, that should have been a clue. it doesn't even look as good as when I do it myself with my home carpet cleaner. usually when we have the carpets and upholstery done the house smells really fresh and clean. Everything smells the same. I no have to do it over again a week before we have a house full of people and we are out a lot more money than we should have been. Steer clear. I asked some more questions (also through Yelp) and was able to get all my questions answered promptly - and this was post business hours. Communication/Promptness = +1 Scheduling service online was a breeze. Even mentioned Yelp to get free deodorizing. Ease of Scheduling = +1 On day of service, I received 2 calls - one to let me know the technician was on the way, and the second when the technician was almost at my residence. Keeping me updated = +1 I explained what work I needed, and asked for some prices of additional items I was considering. Once I had decided on what I wanted cleaned, the technician got to work. He explained what he was doing, gave me some tips on keeping my rugs and carpets cleaned. Pricing = +1 (very reasonable, check online for average prices) I had my couch, dining chairs, three area rugs and bar chairs cleaned. Took the technician about a hour and a half and I didn't ever feel like he was rushing or doing a shoddy job. In the end I was happy with the outcome! Plus the free watermelon deodorizer.... Final Result = +1 (very happy) The process is simple - steam clean :) For larger areas they need a supply of water. Since I had rugs and chairs on two levels of my house, I was initially concerned, but they have an extra large hose in their truck, which can accommodate multiple level houses (2 in my case). I will definitely be using them when I need my rugs or carpet steam cleaned again. P.S. While I didn't use these services, they do spot cleaning treatments and help with pet odor removal too!

While I appreciate…read moretheir efforts, I feel I have to disclose that they asked for this update and I do not feel it is right to remove the review altogether. The public still needs to know how bad it was at first. They have given me a partial refund. Today they sent out a very nice technician to clean a few more things for free. He was early, very respectful and wore his N95 mask the entire time without any complaints. If we had today's experience first, it would definitely be a 5 star review. Long story short, read the fine print in any coupons and make sure you know exactly how much it is going to cost to get the job done. And don't be surprised if they are late the first time. Original story: We were supposed to have an appointment on Saturday at 11:30. At 11:40, I call them to ask where our technician is. They tell me his van broke down but no one bothered to call me to let me know... So I rescheduled for Monday at 8. 8:15 I call to find out where the technician is... he went to the wrong location... He finally shows up at 8:35. Then he tells me my coupon that's good for 3 rooms and a hallway but only covers 450 sqft. I have 520 sqft so it's going to cost an extra $100+ (can't remember the exact amount). Um no... If you had been on time or even bothered to call before being late, maybe. So I tell him to just do two rooms that we use frequently because I'm not paying extra for horrible service. It's now 9:30 and he's still not done with my 8 am appointment. Keep in mind, I specifically told the company I needed to make sure my son could go down for his nap by 9 and they "promised" me he would be done long before then. Nope.... The price is a whole different issue, but the company rectified this issue by giving me a partial refund. See my note above about making sure you know what you are going to be charged. When signing the paperwork or whatever, I ask the technician to put his mask on. He puts it only over his mouth. I ask him to put it over his nose too. He says he can't breath. I tell him then he needs to step outside and I'll sign from inside. He then uses very vulgar words I have removed from this review out of respect for the company. This technician has been fired (at least as far as I know). So I give them credit for addressing the staffing issue right away. My original 1 star review and the 5 star service today, I'll give them 3 stars now.

A white film on the floors, leather chairs, windows, foot prints everywhere. It was stunning how much of a mess it was. When I asked them for a refund, Al's response was, somebody has to come back to try and make it right. When I sent him the photos and video of the mess that was made, his suggestion was to use dawn soap to clean it. "Comes right up, dawn is the key." Haha! Unbelievable. I tell you what, I'll come over to mow your lawn, and then fling the grass clippings all over your living room. "All you need is a leaf blower, blows right out" When I asked to speak with ownership, the response was, I'll pass on your message. Complete amateurs. I would not recommend.
