This place is wonderful! Everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure dealing with everyone. The following is just one example of their outstanding customer service-- I went in to pick up a padded mailing envelope to send a gift to a friend. I happened to tell Kristi that I didn't have my friend's address so I would be back the next day. She immediately said she had our local directory and looked up my friend's address. I mentioned that I had planned to include a quick note but since my name was on the gift card box, she would know I sent it. Kristi then said she had a nice card and had me select one from a choice of a 3. So I wrote a quick note and it was enclosed with the gift. When Kristi was going through the charges, I reminded her to add the note card but she said, "no, I gave that to you." So the errand that was going to require me to go home and get everything ready and come back the next day was accomplished in just 10 minutes! And this is just one example of the amazing service Kristi and her employees provide to their patrons! read more

Can you give a 1/2 star? Using this place for years. Rude, rude, rude! No greeting when entering the place, employees too occupied doing routine menial tasks to acknowledge one's presence - no 'hello', no 'I'll be with you in a moment' Good thing these guys have no competition otherwise they'd be gone long ago - Exorbitant pricing, unhelpful rude attitude. read more

I was at a rental house on St. John's Island and needed to get a single envelope to mail a check. Postage and the envelope were only a dollar and there was a mailbox located just outside of the shop. read more

I have been a very, very happy customer since 2003 using nearly all of the services at this very convenient location including post box rental, printing, package mailing and reception, and use of computer. No complaints ! Being a remote out of town user with infrequent visits and having property locally on the islands, they have always been friendly, welcoming, efficient and resourceful. Do not use this center for mailing packages that are time sensitive! I mailed a package using 2 day priority mail (or so I thought) and it has been 4 days and no sign of package. When I went in I told them I needed it to be there in 2 days and would be willing to send overnight with FedX if necessary. They assured me it would get there in 2 days with priority mail. I have used this many times in the past from other locations with no issues. They gave me a receipt with no tracking number on it and can not track a package in their system. read more

This place is a bad joke, Two old ladies in there playing store with absolutely no sense of business . Waited more than a half hour to try and mail a simple package because one was so busy with collecting a big sale getting two old fogies she probably knew a bunch of certified letters. Instead of doing the common sense thing and have them fill out addresses etc. while waiting on other customers, she acted all busy "metering" while these two idiots stayed at the counter loving the "special attention" while another younger customer who was getting copies done was sent outside to fill out her form. While I'm the 3rd person allowed in the store knew it would be a while took a seat. This young guy then walks in no mask sees me and says "oh are you in line?" I said yeah but the sign says 3 people only allowed inside so he goes outside then walks back in 5 minutes later like that conversation never happened. All the while the other silver haired devil is trying to use a computer like she's never seen one before getting packages out for the Fed Ex Guy who looks at me like he's going nuts waiting too at this geriatric zoo. So she finally gets done with her ONE task and asks for the next customer so I told the entitled sign ignorer, covid violater "hey pal if you're going to break all the rules keep going and he gladly cut in line in front of me., LOL and the lady giggles at his lame joke like she's enjoying him FLAGRANTLY violating all the covid precautions SHE SHOULD BE ENFORCING. Of course the 2 old golden gals are probably vaccinated so public and customer's be damned. Meanwhile the pleasant young woman walks inside to see if her copies are done and miss metering gladly tells her nope and she looks at me like WTH am I doing outside in the heat when everybody's allowed inside now. I mean how long does it take to make copies? I was in there a few weeks ago with a cognizant man who made me 80 double sided colored copies in less that 10 minutes but no more donations to the old folks craft home from me. The metering lady finally asked to help me and so I handed her my addressed package to get mailed 1st class and she says I need to fill out a form (probably outside lol) so she can make a label. So I asked what's wrong? address is on there, if I went to a real post office would they mail it like this. She says yes so I say and how much are you going to charge me for going outside and filling out this form. She says 20% markup!!! I said GOODBYE for good. No more donations from me to the geriatric ward imitating a real business. I really like old people don't get me wrong but realize now why there's a thing called retirement to get them OUT OF THE WAY of the business world they have no more ability to contribute to in any positive way. read more

I just received a shipment of a stone and steel art piece from my deceased father's estate. The item showed up with holes in the box and the item damaged. The stone base was broken and the steel piece is bent. The packaging was nothing but thin foam and a couple pieces of cardboard. This item weighed 65lbs and they're packing it in thin foam?!? We have spoken to the manager (Kevin) who had a very flippant attitude but said he would speak to his staff (I am not convinced this will happen). This is the third package (of three) that we have received from them within the past week that has been damaged due to poor packaging. I have left a message for the owner (Samir) but have not gotten any response. It is pretty apparent to me that this place has no proper training in the packaging arena and from the owner's own statement on yelp that he is more interested in computers. Let's face it folks....these people have no business packing anything of value. I work in a business that packs and ships lots of packages and this is an absolutely the worst I have ever seen. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Was on vacation in Kiawah Island and wanted to ship all of our stuff home FedEx ground to have it in two to three days. Came by at 2 PM on a Friday and spent 20 minutes weighing, filling out forms, and paying. As I was walking out the door I learned that they were about 30 packages behind in terms of "Labeling" boxes and my boxes wouldn't go out until Monday (b/c the FedEx pick up was in 30 minutes). Very frustrating that this wasn't disclosed at the beginning of the transaction or that in 20 minutes of filling out forms and paying they couldn't also print the labels and put them on the boxes. Also, although we provided our email addresses, none of us received the tracking numbers and had to call down there to get them. I guess not much point in shipping things home FedEx Ground if you have to wait three days for them to actually leaving the mailing place. Would be easier to just go to the Post Office. read more
