As a busy professional it is difficult to find time to do a standard volunteer activity in person so having this online option as an alternative is very helpful. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who may need volunteer hours. As far as the cost goes, it is $20 to use the platform then another $1 per hour needed. This money goes directly to making the site better and covering all of their costs. This is well worth it and I'd say the it's very good value for what you get. We provide clothing, water, we take them in, we visit them in the hospital and at jail to fulfill Matthew 25:35­-40. We pray with them and share with them the Life Changing Message of Jesus Christ Monday through Saturday. We have as a result established numerous discipleship groups. One of our early goals was to be an international organization. We reached that goal July of 2017. We now serve three churches in Kenya and one in Pakistan currently. I wanted to make certain rest of the box was okay. Thanks to a very helpful man working there, we had it solved and out of the store by 4:55. I am not a "Karen" or "get the manager type" and was being very polite. I just do not have money to throw away on a big box of broken tiles. I was actually shocked by her attitude and am angry with myself for not just leaving without making a purchase.

The manager (I think she's the manager - the one with the brunette-red Dutch Boy hairdo) is consistently rude and won't give sale prices unless you ask for them, then she acts she's doing you a huge favor for honoring their posted sales, or argue that the item you are trying to purchase is not included in the sale. I was dropping off donations once and a British woman hollered out, "Don't bring any clothes. We are NOT accepting clothes right now. We have TOO MANY clothes!" I wasn't dropping off clothes, just kitchen items and decor. I wish I would have just closed my trunk and drove away and taken them to the North Idaho Youth Ranch Store. Real question - if they have too many clothes, why don't they lower their prices? I won't be back. Ever. I used to shop there 2-3 times per week. No more.
