The pork belly was very flavorful and was surprisingly not too fatty. The red pepper coulis was the key here as it really went with the pork belly and bread. I believe it was ciabatta. The coleslaw appeared to be vinegar based and was not good at all. It just did not appeal to me. Will I go back? Possibly.
