Sign next to the door said it should be open. But sign ON the door said they were closed because of staffing issues. Shouldn't the store owner be there working then? There is always someone at the counter who is speedy, friendly, and efficient. I needed a last minute Christmas package sent and they gave me great price/time options, and it arrived on time! I've had Amazon returns brought there without boxes and they're able to find out exactly where it needs to go and scan the barcode on my phone without issue. I arrived after work to a line of 6 people, and waited no longer than 10 minutes while the guy at the desk whipped through the line. Great location!

It's nice to be able to call them without worrying that it might be too late to get the day I want. They will do your move if they can regardless of a late notice. They took care of my things and I will definitely use them in the future. They charge by the hour, send 2 or 3 guys, then work their butts off. They helped me out by expertly packing my storage unit in order to avoid my having to rent a second unit. They're a good company and worth price.
