OK, so this is the BEST UPS Store around. The owner takes pride in the business, is very friendly and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience checking my mail or shipping a box out. I know that may sound weird... maybe I need to get out of the house more! The Hudson NH UPS store on Lowell Road is EXCELLENT!! I had to return my watch and the QRD codes provided were incorrect. The lady (young Indian Lady) spoke with a Samsung Rep to correct the QRD code. She was on the phone for 15 minutes, corrected the issue and was able to mail the package. She was professional, patient and very helpful! I will absolutely use this store again (In fact I used it for the second time on December 26th) read more

Worst customer service period! Called regarding an amazon return, the first person in spoke to someone that clearly had no idea what she was doing. All I got was "uh...uh". Then someone else just grabbed the phone. This was Patil, she basically gave me the run around, doing nothing to try and find a solution, ultimately telling me "I'm sorry, there's nothing i can do for you" and hanging up on me. Again...horrible customer service! Will never use this store again, period. read more

Want to say how great the owners were we were in a printing jam for a benefit and we were able to email to them and within 30 minutes they had everything printed and collated I know this is their business but they were so courteous and accommodating on a busy Saturday thank you so much! read more

My review applies to all UPS Stores, although this is the location I visited. I asked whether I could use my company's UPS account number to make a shipment and was given a very curt, "No." The paradox is that all these stores have 'UPS' in their name, and the official UPS logo is everywhere both inside and outside the store. So any affiliation with UPS is meant to convenience them, not the customer. read more

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism,dedication and work ethic of Kimberly and Trinnie, the new owners of store 5997. I live in Miami,Florida, I recently needed to get a document delivered, signed and notarized in order to proceed with my father's funeral services.They were able to get it done in less than an hour.I will be grateful to them for life!. They are not only customer oriented in the sense of delivering a professional service but also in doing it in a sensitive and compassionate manner. I went here today to ship an ebay package. I didn't have the thing packaged and I really didnt know what to do, needless to say I was nervous from all my post office experiences where the people behind the counter do nothing but yell at you. I walked in and the owner was so friendly she made me feel right at home. She took care of my package giving me a guarantee on its arrival, and I feel like I got a steal given what she was packaging. (I sold an LCD monitor). All in all, come here if you need your shipments taken care of! read more
