Every step of my last shipping visit to this store sucked. The guy behind the counter seemed like a…read moreknow-it-all the instant I stepped up. Thing is, he was wrong. And he continued to get things wrong throughout the visit, over and over, as if deliberately to cause me frustration. Some customer service people are in training and deserve patience, and some others just do dumb things to mess with you. This of course wastes your time by dragging out what should have been a quick drop-off for shipment into a tedious errand with someone "helping" you who is clearly playing dumb. I followed through with this shipment but what I should have done was just take my package and leave. Turns out there are closer shipping stores around me. But I made a special trip to this UPS Store from another town just because I figured it would be hastle-free. Wrong! Next time I'll certainly be shipping from somewhere else that hires non-passive-aggressive employees.

The post office delivered a package in a cardboard envelope and just left it lie on the porch, (the porch is not covered) in the pouring rain. Never rang the doorbell (I was home all day) so that tells me the carrier just came part way up the steps to the porch and just threw the package which landed in front of the door. I never knew it was there till I went out to check on the mail. In speaking with the postmaster at Ephrata Post Office he seemed to want to blame the company I ordered my package from questioning why they did not ship it in a plastic envelope bag. I agree with him on that matter however that does not excuse the carrier for just letting a package sit in the open in pouring rain. What kind of a person would do that and think that it is OK. The package was dripping wet when I picked it up and the paper back book inside was ruined.

He hasn't come back at all and when we called, at first our calls were returned with a promise that he would be back. But he never came back and now they don't even return our calls. They come across as very nice and sincere, but they are liars.

Got home, put them up and the right panel is 86" and only the left one is 84". Very poor workmanship. If you're not going to care about how well you do your job you should switch occupations.
