I must have called about 20 places in the area and everyone wanted to charge a set up fee or wouldn't help me unless I needed a quantity of 100 or more. Went here a few weeks ago to get a LiveScan done. They had one guy working there and he was cool and friendly. There was no line when I went, whole process from filling out paperwork to getting scannned took no more than 10 minutes. Price of the LiveScan was lower than most other places I had checked. Last month I began renting out a box here at this location. Previously I was renting one out of a UPS store not too far away. I must say that this place is much, much, much better! The service at that particular UPS store was LOUSY!!! In the 10 minutes I spent here signing the paperwork to rent a box for the year, I had a better experience than the entire 18 months I was at that UPS store. Not to mention the price here is significantly cheaper than UPS. Customer service here is top notch, Mary is always friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to chat with. She knows I have a bad back and insists on helping me carry my items to my car, against my objection of course. Oh and they also have UPS forms you can manually fill out if you decide to ship via UPS, unlike the UPS store down the road. What a concept. I went to Postal Max to get a LiveScan and the operator completed it incorrectly, this caused about a two month delay in my application process. I had received an email from the state stating in the very first paragraph that "The livescan operator submitted your livescan without your SSN. Since the SSN is not listed, we cannot connect your Fingerprints to your Educator Profile." Even after reading this to her word for word, she argued with me on the phone for about 20 minutes refusing to pay the resubmission fee and claiming that it wasn't her fault. She even had the nerve to guilt trip me and say that she didn't have enough money to pay for it (when she was the sole reason for a two month delay to my employment). Eventually, she paid for a new LiveScan and resubmission fees which was much appreciated. While she is a very friendly person and was helpful when she decided to redo the LiveScan, it was still a terrible experience. read more

Had an amazing experience here! I had a few packages to mail and some of them where not packaged correctly and needed more taping. I have been to other places like the UPS Store where they make you pay for something like that, but Mary the owner was so sweet and she helped me pick up the boxes and properly package and tape them. She gave me different options of when my packages could be delivered and how much it would cost and I choose what best suited me. Totally recommend this place. Beware of big mark up prices on everything. I understand the smelly owner needs to pay the rent but he should be more honest about it and not lie to regular customers. For years I have shipped houndreds of packages to my children and grand children back east not knowing that I was charged twice the price of standard UPS shipping. I LOVE THESE OWNERS !!! This is a real neighborhood post office that I want to support 100% .This is a family owned business that treats you like family. I have had to use there notary service with a lot of legal documents .I was so nervous about all the paperwork as this has to do with trust transfer,,title transfers ....in short all the paperwork you need to do when there is a death in the family...He offered to not charge me if I had to come back again ....I would never expect free service from anyone but they care.. They also do passport pictures ....I travel quite often for recreation to Africa, China ,Japan, Nepal and Tibet ..They have helped me with passport and mail issues to all these places His wife has just had there first born and can't wait to go buy a out fit for him..
