The staff that work here are SO nice and professional, and most importantly, unlike the Post Office, they actually do what they are paid to do and actually care. I'm so bad with remembering names, but I think the 2 dudes are Daniel and Darius, and the lady is Ela. The location has free parking, is easily accessible, is open late until 8:30 pm (5 pm on Sat.) and unlike the Post Office, FedEx always has enough staff, and most importantly, unlike the Post Office, the workers actually care, and don't take your business for granted like most places these days do. I wish I could give this place more than 5-stars, but alas, hopefully 5/5 A+ will suffice. Thank you FedEx for making my life easier. P.S. I thought FedEx was way more expensive than the Post Office, but I've found that is not true. Ask them about the 2-Day Air flat rates. I'm not sure whether this reflects the attitudes of the individual employees or the overall environment at this location. In my experience, employee morale often reflects how well management supports and treats its staff. Whatever the cause, the customer experience suffers when employees appear disengaged or unhappy. By comparison, I've consistently had much better experiences at FedEx Office locations, where employees have been noticeably more welcoming, patient, and willing to help.

When he finally scanned my first item, he asked in a low, menacing tone if that was the only code. I replied politely, 'Oh, I have two more items.' All of a sudden, he shouted, 'IS THIS THE CODE FOR THIS ITEM?!' so loudly that everyone heard -- the woman in front of me, the people behind me, even the UPS carrier picking up boxes. He ignored me when I tried to confirm, roughly scanned the rest, slammed the label onto the package, then turned away. Right after shouting at me, he became soft-spoken and smiling with the woman in front of me, leaning in to carefully check her code -- the complete opposite of how he had treated me. Even when I said 'thank you,' he deliberately ignored. What struck me most was his split personality -- hostile, aggressive, and humiliating toward me, then seconds later soft, smiling, and patient with another customer. Believe me, when someone shows this insidious side so openly, it isn't just a bad day. Over time, that kind of toxic behavior affects everyone around them.

They were timely and showed up exactly when they were supposed to, were very communicative throughout the whole process, and were incredibly fast and super efficient!. When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My back would never have survived this move and am very grateful for these guys!

So much for a peaceful, do very little Sunday. This has never happened to me before but my modem…read morewent out. Arghhh!! No WiFi is a terrible thing, it's like being deprived of sweets or beer. I started to get anxious and snarky - it was WiFi withdrawal, I felt a cold sweat come over me. After all of the trouble shooting and talking to Comcast, that was the conclusion so after a trip to Costco and BestBuy, we ended up at Office Max. While looking at the Modems and reading about each option, an employee approached us and offered assistance. He then gave several suggestions and after landing on a particular make and model - he honored a price match on Amazon!! It was a done deal and he even checked us out. Now that folks is called total customer service!! Hooray - problem solved!! Not really, I eventually had to purchase a new router later in the day - but that'll be for my BestBuy review. The service was so much better at OfficeMax.
