I sent an important document to a rural address in Oklahoma from the Central Drive, Bedford, Tx…read morelocation on a Saturday. I paid $19 for it to be there on Wednesday. I used UPS because the United States post office for the recipient's rural address is an unsecured (mail box at the street). When the UPS delivery didn't arrive on Wednesday as promised, I found out it had been delivered to the Tulsa post office at noon on Wednesday far from the local post office in the town of the recipient. On Thursday the US post office put a pink slip in the rural mail box for the recipient to pickup the UPS envelope at their post office. The recipient was made to pay the post office $22.00 for the package, or it would be returned to Bedford Texas. The owner of the UPS location on Central Drive in Bedford said he would refund me the $22.00 as a COURTESY', but not the $19.00 I paid to have it delivered by Wednesday. When I said I should be reimbursed the $19.00 as well, the owner said I wasn't 'worth his time'. So I'll go to their store and pick up the $22.00, and won't go to their store again. As far as their advertised guarantee, well ...... they should receive a zero Yelp review, and a minus zero Yelp review for poor customer service and attitude.

I needed some business cards and t-shirts printed for work and we were on a budget and I was…read morerecommended this place by a friend. I dropped by and worked with Mike, their designer. He asked me what I wanted my business cards and shirt to look like and I was able to sit there and make the changes right away. Within a half hour we were done with both the business cards and the t-shirt design. I also wanted to make my business cards different from everyone else's and they were able to do so by putting foil lettering. It took a few extra days for the special foiling, but it was worth it. The quality was great. The printing on the shirts was also good quality work. It's hard to find a good silk screening place who knows how to properly register and align artwork. I've worn/wash the shirt many times and the ink hasn't cracked or faded! Beyond t-shirts and business cards, they also do building signs, banners, and car wraps. The guys there know what they're doing and are very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back the next time I need something printed. They also have a GIANT salt water fish tank in their office, so check that out.
