I was told that because of the carrier it originated from, it couldn't simply be dropped back in for re-delivery. That's when Sunny stepped in. Even though it wasn't something they typically handle, Sunny offered to help by creating a new label and getting it back into the system to make sure it reached the right recipient. It appeared to be something urgent for a law firm, so that extra effort really meant a lot. I truly appreciate those small acts of kindness especially when you're unfamiliar with the process.
