Today, stopped in to print a workbook for a book I'm reading. It was 36 pages- paid total of 5.35 (you pay a small fee to send the documents for printing). They didn't have bags though. I inquired about holes ( so I can put it in a binder) and wellll that didn't turn out well. They didn't have a standard hole puncher. Sooo the hole puncher contraption did... fail (check out photo). They came back and was standing there watching me struggle, not helping and I explained I thought I had done something wrong. I made…read morean appointment through their website for passport photos and showed up with my children and she asked if it was for me or them and when I said both she said that she feels like the lighting won't work for them and it wasn't going to happen and I can find a new place to do them. Then when I asked why they would allow for appointments online she simply ignored me and asked for the next person in line. She made it so awkward even the people who were there were shocked at her response to me with my young kids. I'll file a formal complaint but I'm still blown away that she could choose to say that the lightening wouldn't work when she found out she would be taking a child's photo for passports..... super disappointing.
