I went to the proctor location today to return a package, provided my QR code and the owner/manager…read morescan the code but told me that I needed a label and I needed a bag to put my package in. Mind you I came in the office with the original packaging which could have easily have been taped up and I didn't need a label on top of the QR code being scanned. However I had a much better experience when I returned back to the store upset from what the manager had just told me and a young man by the name of Luke was very helpful he scanned my QR code, he printed out my label he had fixed the label to my original packet and he was about to start taping up the original package when the manager decided to come over and help very fake Asian lady. I think she didn't help me because I was black. But again Luke was very helpful with getting my package taken care of and sent back to its original merchant unlike the Asian manager/owner there. SHE was not helpful at all!

Lastly, Walgreens on Bethel also offers the same service but I'm unsure whether they charge similarly obscene fee's. After looking at the situation in more detail it appears this excessive markup seems to only apply to Sunday delivery. Through Fed Ex a Sunday delivery by noon 111.44 and through Pack and pay a lot, it would have been in excess of $300. Pack a Pay a lot charged us 102.85 for a Monday by 8pm which is Standard Overnight and Fed Ex would have charged 98.14, which isn't much of a price difference.
