He sent me a estimate for around $75 and said my file needed alterations. I told him I'm sorry i wasted his time I just can't pay that, he rudely hung up quickly after that without saying anything. So I called Office Depot and they didn't have any problem with my file and was able to print it out in 15 mins AND only charge me $28. I am all for supporting local businesses but this was clear they were trying to up charge me and got mad when I kindly declined. Horrible.

Another option would be to just have Fed Ex pick your package up at your residential address, which is 16$. Lastly, Walgreens on Bethel also offers the same service but I'm unsure whether they charge similarly obscene fee's. After looking at the situation in more detail it appears this excessive markup seems to only apply to Sunday delivery. Through Fed Ex a Sunday delivery by noon 111.44 and through Pack and pay a lot, it would have been in excess of $300. Pack a Pay a lot charged us 102.85 for a Monday by 8pm which is Standard Overnight and Fed Ex would have charged 98.14, which isn't much of a price difference.
