I came by to return curtains. No other customers in store; the bald man tells me you can use the kiosk. My items were too large to fit in the clear bag so I went back up. He said they fit you can do it. So I go back and again as assumed my items are too big to fit. So I grab a label sticker to seal my bag. He then comes up to me and says "don't touch my machine from there because you'll break it. You don't need to seal it that way." I then let him know they didn't fit. He then stated " yes they do I do this all day, I would know." I let it go and left. Didn't continue the the back and forth he was looking for. He was very rude, condescending, and clearly unhappy in his job. He seemed irritated by every customer who walked in. Today, I returned and had a similar experience. The employee (woman with un groomed hair that threw it into a hair-clip) assisting customers was also unfriendly and didn't greet a single person walking in. When she saw the line growing she blurted out, "We aren't taking Amazon returns you should have seen the sign on the door" and looked away. Overall, the staff here are consistently unwelcoming. They appear more interested in talking among themselves or being on their phones than helping customers. It really feels like they don't want to be there. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive to a neighboring city than deal with this kind of service, even if it's just five minutes away.

I visited AIM, Destiny to be exact, a couple of weeks before the hats would be ready for transit. she looked at the 1 I had brought & had an idea that I was happy with. I returned 2 weeks later, with 6 hats. Destiny & Liz worked on the shipment package for more than an hour. Unfortunately as often happens with new businesses or ownership, the shine is starting to come off…read morethe apple. Over the last 6 months 2 employees have gotten less friendly and ingratiating, while the others remain polite and friendly. There was a female who I haven't seen in a couple months and a male (A) who has gotten to the point where all you get from him is a mumble. I made a drop off today and greeted him with "Hi there." His reply was "mmmmm." When we were done I just got a mumble that may have been a thanks, not sure. This is in such contrast to the others. I suspect the manager/owner opened up the store for a few weeks or months and is now somewhere else. This would be REALLY obvious to someone who worked there even for an hour.

Today I stopped by again because the other UPS Store's Notary person is off so I decided to give them another try since I called them. Honestly I don't know why they're so lazy there. It's obvious that I bring my little English speaker elderly parent to update her pension benefits update which requires Notary. The chubby tall man was doing nothing and when told we need Notary the younger man have to help him get the Notary booklet. While he was walking over he asked for the Title of the Form, we gave it to him. He insisted my mom that speak little English need to know the title. He did not accept it while she was explaining it to her it's update pension benefits after his death. It's pretty much the same title, while he insisted it's the law and turn us away. It's probably because I started asking them if it's $15 per person. They are pretty much thieves there. Someone needs to investigate them and get them arrested if possible. I know I'm ranting but it's just this isolared UPS Store because I'm still using other UPS store, just to be fair.
