This is the third (and last time) I have used this service. Each time I was given the wrong…read moretracking number and had to go back to get the right one. This last time she was training a young woman who did not know how to type (using one finger) and getting every line wrong. It took forever! I had two items that needed to be boxed that had prepaid labels and she charged me $9 for two used boxes!! WTH! And, I did not get a receipt for the items that were prepaid. From now on, I will go to the post office or the UPS Store. My advice, for what it is worth, save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not go in this store to mail anything. She really should not be in business.

Our mailbox has been broken for 8 weeks. I've been coming here for 8 weeks and still hoping the…read moremailbox is fixed soon! They are always busy at this location with people picking up mail- because so many mailboxes in Vallejo (especially community boxes) are broken. The male staff here are always so friendly and nice. The female staff member is constantly rude to me and others. One time she went to the back and told me I had no mail. I asked her (to clarify) what address she was looking for. She didn't remember. I asked her to write down the address and she came back with mail. Another time I got her, and she claimed I didn't have a package. I pulled it up on the email, she scanned it, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. Today, I was standing at the counter, someone else was helping me. She told me to go wait at the blue door. I questioned her and she said wait over there. When the guy helping me came back I made sure to tell him that she told me to go over there and I didn't agree with that. He confirmed, if I am helping you wait at my counter. While he was getting my mail, I was watching her interactions with guest. She is rude to everyone! I was going to write a review on just my experience, I know they are busy and constantly dealing with people... but seeing that she is that way with everyone made me "need" to write this review. She was telling others that they had no mail... same thing that happened to me a few weeks ago. For a business, efficiency is key and I do not see her being efficient or friendly. 5 stars because I know one person doesn't define the whole business... but I took off the one star because I will wait longer for another staff member to help me from now on.
