    The sister are super nice. I get my stuff delivered here instead of my address that way my package don't get lost.

The guy charges you on your leg or something to just give you an instead and tell you how there's an eight dollar modification and you need to go back in. I had a project a couple years ago and I spoke to the third one seeing this and the best person in the world. She was able to help me really well. I ended up to be as far as I didn't even do this other girl approve it and I felt so I'll be getting to pay for it because it was wasteful. I was told that I had a service that he stickers they didn't put me for it. They just told me it would be better to do some other option I go in and do my hands also. They're very robot for very much time and they are just doing something to do. They're not in Customer Service. There was someone who came in because the order was wrong rather than reassuring her or guiding her. They just asked her for the things they didn't explain to her. What the next process would be they don't explain to any process. They just assume you know their job. I am here cutting over 20 stickers that one piece of paper. Basically a manager there they really need Customer Service because they really need to keep Discuss because it is not very helpful but I purchased what I purchased because already printed everything and I didn't wanna waste more. Am I unsatisfied extremely I'm sitting here cutting 20 pieces of sticker from a middle of an A4 letter people. It was very clear. I wanted the most affordable option I wanted simple etc. I don't think they know how to really even describe it? They are just taken an order and executing it without anything in between therefore there will be a lot of mistakes. Do not go here go to Staples go somewhere else. We'll figure it out online it. It will be better use of your time.

Day after day, the driver kept going to the original address at our home even after we called and spoke with customer service who reassured us that the address change was registered in the system. Many hours and several days invested on the phone to customer service based in other countries while grieving the loss of our family member and only false promises and misinformation. Will never send through UPS again

Asking my package to be delivered to my neighbor's apartment. As I no longer reside at the delivery apartment address (A mistake by the sender.) Immediately, when I saw the tracking update that the UPS driver did Not honor my change of delivery instructions, I contacted your customer support, 4 times!!! All Four times, I was advised an escalated message was sent to the local facility. And the driver would re-deliver the package to my neighbor. Each time I was quoted an estimated time to expect the redelivery( "3pm, 9pm, Midnight, the next day"). None of it happened. I was also promised that the driver or local facility would call me. That did not happen either. On one of the calls, I was told the driver, facility were given an incorrect phone number. Why????? Bottom line ! I DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE!! After, My neighbor rescheduled her day, Friday from 10am- 3pm to receive the package. AndI 've spent hours calling, emailing your customer support. Your customer service is laborious and ineffective!!!

    The employees are rude and far from helpful at the UPS on 1336 n Moorpark near Ralph's…read more I had a really frustrating experience at the UPS Store on Moorpark near Ralphs. I stood in line for about 15 minutes on a Saturday, fully expecting to return an Amazon package, only to find out after waiting that the store had no internet, so I couldn't even pull up my Amazon return QR code. This wasn't posted anywhere or mentioned while people were waiting in line. The employee helping me (a kid who clearly didn't care) told me I could go next door to Carl's Jr. to try to get online since he's not allowed to give his Internet access out. Seriously? That's not a solution. To make matters worse, the UPS Store in Newbury Park has closed, and Amazon is no longer offering Kohl's in Newbury Park as a return option -- so this location was my only reasonable choice. Instead of being helpful, they wanted to charge me $4.50 just to print the label, after already wasting my time. The young man's service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The employees seemed inexperienced and completely uninterested in customer service. I won't be returning to this store. Poor communication, poor service, and zero concern for customers. Also, when I told him I would be writing a yelp, he told me he wouldn't serve me.... Good luck UPS store. I won't be returning or ordering from Amazon anymore. I realize that it's hard to find good help, but these kids need to be trained to have some manners. I was completely embarrassed two times!
