When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. Realtor calls and the owner says he wont be able to get the sign up until Tuesday cause MONDAY IS LABOR DAY. I built my own sign. Im a 64 yro woman and an L Post is not hard. I dug a hole and have a sign up bam! So here it is Tuesday, and I call my realtor and he says Let me call. I'll keep you on the line. So Im on the line talking to Danny, and he starts giving me an excuse about a gas line. I dont want to hear excuses. Will you be here by Close of Business today? Because it's been 6 days and I need a sign. Danny responds "Did you order it? I only deal with the person that ordered from us!" Well, it's my property so yes, I ordered it. "As a matter of fact, Im gonna start a sign business cause it aint that hard." "Are you threatening me?" "If you consider business competition a threat?" He tells my realtor he'll only talk to him.
