He's always so nice, quick to scan all my Amazon returns as sometimes I do show up with several packages. We usually have small chit chat. There's another familiar face that I see a lot of but I don't know her name. She's a younger, blonde female & I think she's the manager. I do see lots of new familiar faces at other times. Not sure if they float over from other locations but I always prefer to deal with Chris. There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service. I like the location of this UPS being that it's right next door to Smith's that I will run into often after dropping off my Amazon returns. I explained what was needed. The Customer associate knew exactly what I needed. She assured me all was ok as she prepared the label. Since I had missed outbound for that day, she quickly provided me options with no hesitation. Due to the urgency of getting out she suggested dropping it off at the main hub across the street to still make it out that day. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service and professionalism I called back and just had to talk with the owner. At times, I was even receiving mail from other states that clearly didn't belong to me, which raises serious concerns about how things are being handled and sorted. Whenever I tried to ask about it, the staff seemed disconnected and not very engaged in resolving the issue. It didn't feel like there was a strong system in place to track or manage customers' mail accurately. To be fair, the support through iPostal1 itself was helpful -- but the execution at this location didn't match that experience. At the end of the day, handling mail requires accuracy and accountability. Either the system needs to be improved, or it needs to be removed completely. I've decided to discontinue my service here because it just doesn't feel reliable.

I just walked in, as walk ins are welcomed, and was in and out within 20 minutes. The lady working the front desk was very friendly. The technician who did my fingerprints was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. She was so laid back and made the process seem like a breeze. If you ever need fingerprints done for anything, I'd highly suggest coming here if you live in the Henderson area. They charged $68 for the services, and I guess I am ok with that. The technician explained why I had to get fingerprints again despite the fact I had done it before and people's fingerprints do not change unless something tragic happens to their fingers either on accident or on purpose, but I kind of understand their thought process.

I told them that I sometimes buy an over-the-counter muscle relaxer which is completely legal and can be purchased at any Smoke Shop in town. On the basis of that *alone*! he checked a box on my physical that says I take (name of over-the-counter item here) and that "He has a concern that this OTC item would impact my ability to satisfactorily perform duties on a particular assignment "Including but not limited to addiction to depressants /stimulants /narcotics /alcohol or other drugs which could alter his or her behavior"! This person (initials VK) wrote this on my Pre-employment physical form. That is undoubtedly why ever since my physical was done I have not had a *single* job assignment at my place of work. I had been very busy working until I had this annual physical done at Fingerprinting Express. I don't know if this person VK has any medical background or not, but Fingerprinting Express needs to hire someone who does! If this person doesn't understand that an over-the-counter muscle relaxer is NOT a drug or a narcotic in any way, he needs to go get a degree before he goes back to work. This person's ignorance is obviously keeping me from getting work and I am very upset about it. I'm going to pay out-of-pocket to have my own physical done at a different facility that actually employs medical personnel that know what they're talking about.

Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was "IN TRANSIT". HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldn't even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesn't know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie "When was it picked up?" or "Don't you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make"? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldn't tell me how to reach her. He didn't even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still don't know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted. POSTSCRIPT: AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I don't know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its' done.
