Love this place!! I've had printing jobs done here, including simple copies, business cards, all the way up to spiral-bound booklets. I once ordered 5 booklets and misjudged how many pages I had per booklet but they were willing to give me an estimate, and tell me roughly how much the estimate would change based on number of pages. I've also faxed documents and bought supplies. They rock!! The prices are so much better than at K****s / F***x, the people are super friendly and helpful, and I've easily been able to arrange for jobs over email. They reply right away. I LOVE this place! I've been using the Snohomish Postnet like an office for years for all sorts of things: packaging, mailing, printing, etc.. They are particularly generous with helping me edit and format and upload properly for big print projects. The staff are super friendly and cheerful. Side note: The anti-mask comment is unfounded in my opinion. I've never seen anyone in there without one on--though Covid has certainly provided loads of opportunity for awkward moments in customer service all around the country. I did not realize how good I had using this UPS store location I till I had to go to a different location since moving out of Snohomish. They were always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with any of my packages. read more

I have come here twice to drop off a fedex package and eveytime they are close. Their store hours on their door and website say M-F 8:30am and I come at 9-9:30am and there is still no one there. There is also not a sign saying currently close or anything. So it's very unfortunate since I drove from far away to do this drop off. Will never do business here as it's unreliable. read more

used to work with this company a lot years ago. About 3 months ago had a few situations were items were not packaged properly ended up being returned and slightly damaged from no packing. Just two weeks ago dropped off two packages with Prepaid labels . Only one was scanned in by FedEx , the other either did not make the truck or I hate to say this but it appears to be some type of theft . Contacted the owner to have them review video surveillance to help find out what could have possibly happened. All he could do is refuse and tell me all about what he knew about shipping issues for the last 20 years. Nothing to address my specific issue and why I was contacting him . He kept rambling talking and cutting me off, very rude kept telling me it was FedEx's fault in the contact them. However Fedex do not have any record of picking the item up . ​ This was an expensive power tool and now I am out the money and the owner does nothing to even help . Highly suggest not patronizing this business . The previous owner was awesome and went out of his way to do many things for customers and provide exceptional service . Just can't say enough good things about this place! If you need printing done quick and professionally, this is the place for you. The desktop publishers are friendly and helpful. Shipping is a breeze. The staff is knowledgeable & they offer all shipping options at one place. No waiting in line at the post office AND they let let you use their tape!! The biggest perk is my greatest weakness - the cookies are to die for. They have fresh homemade cookies almost every day - chocolate chip, butterscotch oatmeal, ginger, AND oh-my-god SNICKER-DOODLES! Hey Hal, I am super disappointed how you took advantage of a 21 year old young lady who doesn't ship often. Twice the usps.com rate to ship 3 pounds to New Jersey?! She didn't know any better and was helping me out. I get a surcharge but TWICE. Despicable. $20 for 2 day priority from usps.com and you charged her $42. Used to be good, I have been a loyal customer more than 12 years and referred many people to PostNet. Not anymore. Owner "Hal" is never ever there and per his employees is not able to ever be contacted even by them whether by phone, text or email. Have had THREE packages disappear in as many months. One wasn't scanned in so Amazon replaced it, another was "accidentally" loaded back on the truck and had to be tracked back to Tacoma and eventually I reciever a week late. Now a very important package was delivered and scanned in by Postnet on October 10, yet mysteriously wasn't there when I went to get it, and they have no response, cannot reach "Hal" who they say is the only one authorized to review the video to show who STOLE my package which I cannot afford to replace. 7 days later and after multiple emails and calls to "Hal" NO RESPONSE at all, nada! Employees just shrug like "so what?" No one is accountable or gives a rip, and I won't do business there any more. I am moving my PMB to the UPS store up the road where porch pirates can't just walk in and steal whatever is strewn haphazardly around the lobby while employees ignore them. read more

Recently I had a package damaged upon its arrival in France but thanks to Hal the owner he quickly got the package returned to me with a full refund on the items value plus the shipping costs. My wife and I were customers of the Lake Stevens store with a mailbox rental for many years. We never had a single problem until suddenly the store closed with absolutely NO WARNING. The sign on the door said to check with the Snohomish store for our mail and packages. We checked there and through the next 5 weeks were told constantly that they "were working with Lake Stevens Post Office to release your mail to us (PostNet)". No one could or would give us an answer as to whether we should file a change of address form, or anything. We were promised early on that our pre-paid year of mailbox rental from Lake Stevens would be refund to us right away. It took them over 7 weeks! I finally filed a change of address form with USPS and received a letter from USPS a week later saying that PostNet has to do that since they're a business address. I marched in and was told that they weren't aware of this, didn't know what to do, etc., etc. etc. I demanded a phone call from Hal and never received one. They Snohomish store manager claimed she sent int he proper change of address form for us, but after calling USPS myself a couple of weeks afterward, was told they had ABSOLUTELY NO RECORD OF A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM FROM POSTNET FOR ME! I did finally learn that they (USPS) could release all of my mail to me at the Lake Stevens Annex building on 36th St NE. I picked it up and the Supervisor on duty became angry when I told him of Hal's (and his employees') non-stop claims that USPS would release my mail to them. He said he had already warned Hal at least once that if he continued telling his customers this, the USPS Inspectors would come knocking! If you have mail still outstanding from the Lake Stevens PostNet, call the USPS Lake Stevens Annex at 425-397-4904. They should be able to release your mail to you like they did for me - at least if they haven't had to return everything to sender by now. They have a room FULL of it - no thanks to Hal and Snohomish PostNet. Everything was great with the Lake Stevens PostNet store until it suddenly wasn't great at all. Hal is a terrible business person who clearly values his rental customers about highly as a hemorrhoid. Based on my conversation with USPS, I fully believe Hal intentionally lied to us about our mail. This left me furious. Fortunately I was able to finally get my mail and eventually got my refund. read more

Terrible customer service. Only one employee seems to know what she's doing or talking about. Basically threw away or lost a stack of my mail. Didn't care at all that they lost my package. I originally opened up a private mailbox in the Lake Stevens Post Net. One day I showed up to pick up my mail only to find that the store had been shut down and my mail had been forwarded to the Snohomish Post Net. That's when the headaches and nightmares began. I went in several times to get my mail only to be told that the Post Office was holding my mail and there wasn't anything Post Net could do to help. I told the employees that I wanted a refund because I do not live in Snohomish and I didn't want to have to drive to grab my mail. (Still waiting on my refund) A month later I receive a call that they have some of my mail. However, when I showed up to grab it no one seemed to know or care where my mail was. They assured me though that they would find it at some point. When I came back a week later I was told that they had a package for me. When I asked them to go grab it they again had no idea where it was and kept insisting that my wife must have gotten it. My wife has medical issues that prevent her from driving. When I informed them that there was no chance that my wife had come in they had no interest in looking for my stuff. They were unable to find where they put my package but they did find a small stack of my mail. Interesting that in the months worth of mail they had there wasn't a single coupon book, flyer, or ad it's almost like they picked through my mail and decided what was junk and threw it away. They have no right to throw away my mail. It doesn't matter if it's junk mail or not they should NOT have the right to throw away my mail. Snohomish Post Net has no interest in taking care of its mistakes and didn't seem to care. I will NOT do business with Post Net ever again. read more

Only been here once but they worked quick and I was actually able to e-mail my documents and they had my documents printed by the next morning which was great. I have never printed blue prints so I can't really compare prices. Other than that they did a great job. read more

Went to today for the first time. The person who waited on me was very friendly and helpful and knew what she was doing even tho I didn't (it was computer stuff and I'm not too great at that). Anyway, while she was doing my stuff, I looked around and was surprised to see how much printing they did there. I thought they just ran copies and shipped stuff, but they do all sorts of things, I guess. Plus they have signed pictures of some of the local celebrities which was fun to look at while I was waiting. read more
