We were asked twice if we needed help so customer service is still pretty great at his location, theyre nice and helpful here! Anyway, 2 weeks with the chair and it is comfortable! Bought myself a lazy b office chair and now I dont feel so bad spending a lot of time in my office, its relaxing in there.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Staples Evergreen location in Everett…read more UPS notified me that an important package was being held at this store for pickup. When I arrived, I showed the tracking information confirming it had been delivered there. The manager briefly looked for the package and immediately told me it wasn't there. I explained that it may have been misplaced or mixed in with other packages, but she repeatedly insisted it wasn't at the store and made no apparent effort to investigate further. Since I urgently needed the package, I drove to the UPS facility and was fortunate enough to speak with the driver who had delivered it. He even showed me confirmation that the package had been dropped off at this Staples location earlier that day. I returned to the store with this information, but the manager still insisted the package wasn't there. Eventually, after being told I could look myself, I checked the Amazon drop-off area and found my package there. Not only had it been misplaced, but the package was already opened. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake itself--people make mistakes. It was the complete lack of effort to help, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge that the package might have been misplaced despite clear evidence that it had been delivered. Even after the package was found, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I was told to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Staples management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

I had a rather unnecessarily expensive experience with this place…read more It's located in the Broadway Mall, which is really just a large building with a little maze of shops. It's right next to Henry's donut shop. There is parking on the street, and a parking lot in the back. I had been going there for a bit, to drop off my mail, and send things out. I had nothing really important to mail until recently. Just standard stamp and envelope stuff. Recently, I had to mail a small package to Australia. I just went here because I have been going. The man who runs the place weighed my package, and experienced some problem with his scale. I was told the weight of the package, though. He then came up with a total of $72. I balked. I asked if there was a cheaper way to send it. He said no, that expedited was the only way. I told him I didn't need it to go fast, and he explained that's the only way to mail things to Australia. Grudgingly I handed over the $72, but asked for a receipt. He seemed bewildered by my request for a receipt, but handed me the register tape. I have since learned I should have done some research before just blindly running off to ship the package. I feel very stupid about it. I could have sent that package for $36 through the post office, via a slower method. All it would have took was a simple Google search with my packages weight, and I would have been able to save myself some money. What I objected to most, was the older man's assurances that there was simply no other way to ship the package to Australia except the super fast expedited method. Instead of keeping me as a customer, I'll just go somewhere else next time. Too bad, really.

I went to this place today trying to ship a small package. At first he told me the only way to ship…read morewould be $25 with USPS or $23 with UPS. When I pushed back a little, he said "well, to get it there in a decent amount of time". I said *nothing* about how fast I needed it to get there. Truth is, I didn't care, and I told him so. Then he said I could ship it USPS for $18, and that is the absolute cheapest possibility. Yeah, right. I took my package, walked home, and looked at the USPS site. If I get a parcel pst box, I can ship it for about $5. Without, the cheapest I can ship it is for $12. Cheapest with UPS is $17. Cheapest at FedEx is $12.50. I call bullshit. Also, he charges a *lot* to use credit cards. $1 for $20 charge. $2 for $40, etc.
