And the pastrami sandwich came out on toasted "white bread". And it wasn't even the likes of a corned beef sandwich with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. It was toasted white bread, a little pastrami and a little Dijon mustard. Both sandwiches were dry and not flavorful. We were told the potato salad was homemade. That is definitely questionable. The waitress never checked on us. When we went to the cash register to pay (without a ticket-because she never brought it to us), we had to request a refill for our drinks. Will not be returning.

The sandwiches are almost identical save for they came not only wrapped in oil but a to-go box as well. The entire place was steamy and humid that bagels were perfect and my breakfast sandwich with flawless. While they don't have a competition to eat everything in the menu board like bagel and deli I would probably make my own competition. I really hope my daughter chooses Clemson cuz I want to come to this place more often!

Whether you are cooking dinner or planning a super bowl party give Publix's a try.

Her order was simple though - literally just bacon, mayo and cheese so not too complicated to comprehend. The whole time she was rolling her eyes and as she was making the sandwich was speaking under her breath about my daughter. I hope this isn't the usual customer experience for anyone here but treating a 14 year old like that was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. If this woman treats all of her customers like this than she probably needs to find another profession that doesn't involve being forward facing to the public because her skills are below subpar. I'm just thankful the rest of my family spend our money at Sully's Steamers where the customer service was top notch!

I always give places the benefit of the doubt but there was no way at this restaurant. It was absolutely filthy. Every open table was dirty, the floors had old food everywhere, trash and dirt. I asked someone to clean a table for us, which they did. Leaving all the others dirty. The food was equally as bad. The Philly came out with cheese that wasn't melted and bell peppers still raw. No way we were sending anything back after seeing the condition of the place & the negligence of the staff. When a staff member finally picked up, I stated my order, but they did not acknowledge my order and last name was correct, and instead hung up in the middle of me speaking. when I arrived to pick up my order, I was quoted $21.22 for a single breakfast plate with no beverage. Upon receiving the food, I discovered they had prepared hash browns instead of the fries I had requested. After being awake for 36 hours for work and already frustrated by the earlier phone experience, I simply requested a refund. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and this was my first experience of this nature. unfortunately, customer service has shown a gradual decline in recent months. I hope management can address phone responsiveness, order accuracy, and overall consistency so visits can return to the standard previously enjoyed.
