Great place and good value for a fountain. I was looking on Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's and local garden shops but couldn't find what I was looking for or they were way over priced for very little fountains. They were not pushy at all, allowed me to take my time, select a color and provided installations. My only recommendation would be instructions for care of a fountain and what to look for, even if it is a pamphlet. I feel they installed and left. A little follow up would be nice and go the extra mile to ensure customs is happy. Otherwise I love it! It was my first and a splurge for me for sure. But have always wanted one and wanted to take away some of the car traffic noise. read more

Horrible Customer Service. My husband and I went there to see if they sold fountain repair supplies. When my husband asked if they had the materials we needed one very rude guy said they had them for their fountains. He didn't ask if we had one of their fountains. He just immediately started being a jerk. First off, the selection is first rate, I now go straight there instead looking for pots at major home improvement stores or closer plant nurseries. The bench selection goes from traditional to whimsical. I have purchased benches, statue, pots and table sets. All were delivered with care, no problems. Excellent service from everyone. In these stressful times a little whimsy can make you smile. I call my yards The Zoo, with a turtle, a pig, squirrel and a hippo benches interspersed with fruit trees, pots with flowers and vegetables. Ordered a fountain and 4 figures in March 2024. Was told it would be 6 weeks turnaround, it was 8 weeks. Had to call them to find out it was READY! Scheduled delivery for 28 June. They called and said they could deliver on the 19. Oh by the way it will be $220 cash to deliver. Never mentioned this when purchasing the merchandise. Arrived a 4:30pm and installed fountain worked fine the small boy figurine's hat was not painted blue as requested and paid for. The management made no offer to correct the issue didn't care. The workers who did the installation were friendly and considerate and did a great job. I understand now why they haven't much business or traffic flow. I showed sales man photos and asked for pricing he was very unprofessional and started bad mouthing Mexicans . Now I'm a white woman but cannot stand any form of racism. So I walked out with money in my pocket and will never go back. So sad to see this business is still open. Customer service is absolutely terrible. My experience is just as everyone else has stated. Horrible Customer Service, bordering on complete dishonesty. The bug guy behind the desk appears to be in charge, but will tell you he has to "check with the boss" when asked specifics about item availability or delivery. They took my deposit and never got around to providing me the Street Lamp as promised. The big guy behind the desk was rude and disinterested and too lazy to get up off his butt to take care of his customers. After several weeks of waiting for my item, I returned to the shop and demanded my money back. The guy behind the desk instructed one of his minions to give me my money back... I took it and never looked back. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! They don't give a rip about anyone but themselves and treat everyone like second class citizens. I'd use the "R" word here, to describe how they treat people, but that would be too kind. read more

This is the second fountain we have bought from these folks over the years and we couldn't be more pleased. Shopping for the fountain was easy as they have a great selection and can custom paint virtually any of their products to numerous finishes. Luckily we found one that we thought would be a perfect size and that we loved the finish - and at a great price! Shop around to compare. :) We scheduled the delivery several weeks out as we were having a patio area poured and wanted to give the concrete some time to cure. I spoke with Joe several times and he was always pleasant. Yeah, there were a few times when no one answered the phone, but I always reached someone when I called back later. I confirmed with Joe the day of delivery they were on-track and they showed up as expected and delivered and shimmed the fountain to level it. It wasn't until after they had left that we noticed some sizable gaps created by the shims so I called Joe the next day. He said he'd talk to the owner, Eli, to see what they could do and would call me back shortly. Sure enough about 20 minutes later I got a call and spoke with Eli who was a bit apprehensive but listened to my concerns. After a few minutes he said he would need to come out to take a look and arrived about an hour later. He walked around the fountain, ended up removing all of the shims and completely leveled it using only about half the number of shims and with much thinner adjustments. Once level, he spend another 10 minutes or so to really fine-tune the water spillover to make it look its best! It was obvious to me that he really did care about making it look just right. Your experience may vary, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks and would go back in a heart beat for other outdoor garden decor. read more

I would like to start by referring to my picture of the lion fountain. That's got to be the worst paint job I have ever seen. The staff was stating that it's a difficult paint job but were proud this is exactly what travertine is supposed to look like. Google travertine and tell me what you think. Ordered it end of April and delivery was supposed to be 5/11. It came around and was rescheduled every week until it was delivered June 27. If you don't call every day they will never deliver it to you. At least 4 times i had a scheduled delivery date and time, but I got ghosted. No call no show. No one will ever answer the phone. Only positive was the people who delivered it were fast setting up. read more

They have an okay selection, some of the products had hairline cracks so make sure you inspect.One of the employees was somewhat helpful. But when I approached some guy named Eli, wow talk about rude awakening. He was rude and unprofessional and most arrogant. He treated me badly because I asked some simple questions. I walked away but as I did I witnessed him treating another customer badly. I was in shock, she was returning an item and he flay out called her names and was challenging. Horrible customer service. I really don't understand how this company functions with this type of customer service. I purchased an item at the Home & Garden Show and was told it was ok for me to pick it up anytime after Wednesday. My wife called Wednesday to verify if it was ok to pick it up on Thursday. The person on the other line said yes and informed her that they open at 9am. So we show up Thursday and the guy I dealt with at the Home & Garden Show pretty much flips out on us because he said the item was not ready for pickup. He started giving me attitude and said I should have followed his instructions and called before showing up. He gave me my money back and continued to complain to me that it was my fault for showing up too soon. I explained to him we did call prior to showing up. But he wasn't having it, so unprofessional. Horrible experience...it all started 01/13/2020, Me and wife walked in to display room of this business and a sales person seating on a table having some snacks asked what we were looking for?, we responded were looking for a cement turtle for our yard decoration. From where sale person was sitting he asked us to go back and search to see what we liked and come back to ask for price. He mentioned they had about a quarter of a mile of land and inventory,,,,we figured he was on lunch and did not think any bad about it) so we went to the back. While we were looking around he meet us there about 10 min later,,, he was just talking about how good they were and how bad other business were about their prices and quality, also that they supplied most of business in the area and nobody had their prices on cement made products.... we decided on a cement turtle we liked. We left a deposit and agreed with sales person Mr,Joe Martinez on having it deliver for extra $80.00 fee on 01/30/2020. On delivery date around 1:30p my wife called the store to follow up on aproximatly delivery time. (This is where all went bad) when the person Mr. Joe Martinez at the store answered the phone call, my wife ask who she was speaking to? That person, Mr. Joe Martinez got in to a rude attitude because my wife asked who she was speaking to, instead if introducing her self first... he was speaking loud and not stopped talking until he hang up on my wife... we were surprise with that reaction,,so i called back and first thing he said when aswering call again was, there we go again... i introduced myself and told we felt it was rude and impropper the way he handle the call,, he started yelling for over one minute with no stopping.. once he finished yeling i told him all we want to know was our turtle delivery time. He said they called me early to schedule delivery ( i had no records of missed call or voicemail) he said owner called and that owner never lies. he said they star delivering after 3:00pm and he will call later to give me a delivery window time frame, Mr. Joe Martinez mentioned he was next to owner getting delivery details. I asked Mr. Joe Martinez tonlet me talk to owner, Mr Ali got the phone call and i explain to him how we fellt with Mr. Joe Martinez customer service and rude attiitude. Mr. ali said he was going to follow up. A minute later owner Mr. Ali called me back to excuse His employee ans blame on my wifee for not introducing her self fIrst when calling, Mr. Ali said 50 % of calls they get people sellling them somethinng.... i told Mr. Ali we were business owners and we felt it was unprofessional the way Mr. Joe Martines reacted, I told Mr. It was the impression we as customer received about it and was how i felt about theIr handle a situation, therefore a review was going to be submitt. Mr, Ali got mad and asked me to go get the deposit that he was not selling us anything if risking a bad review. We ageed to go back to store to get out deposit. When we arrived and introduced ourselves, fist thiing he (owner Mr. Ali ) said was ,,, i will leave you a bad review on all you business sites if i see any bad reviews from you, Owner had bad temper as he hit his employee Mr. Joe Martinez on the face with paperwork.... we are taking chances and risk on his retaliation,,, speciially that they have our address and seem to be fearless and unethical people to deal with. Easy to find location off either 180 or Hwy 41. Lots of products complete that you can view. Unique pieces that will last since the pottery is brick quality and can withstand high temperatures. The tables and statues are all concrete and hand finished with paint. Both Joe's in the office are great guys, and the owner Eli is very friendly too. This place is great. They were very helpful and explained the process of ordering my fountain and what would happen very clearly. No issues what so ever. I also got numbersous phone calls from Joe confirming date and the about time of the install. Long story short, these guys know their stuff. Their location has so much to chose from. This company has some shady people and shady practices. I bought an expensive pot and requested a saucer for which I was told they would have to make and quoted me two weeks. They offered for me to take the pot at time of purchase but I decided to leave it so they could match the paint for the saucer, two weeks goes by I call and they have done nothing but give me the run around including avoiding my calls and have been beyond rude! I spent close to $400 on a single pot and now just want my damn money back! I can't believe they treat people so rudely and I'm pretty sure I was dealing with the owner. When I call they have caller ID and would not answer, so I got smarter and blocked my number and called right back, wouldn't you know they answered the phone but not my questions therefore I drove over to the location and left with the things I paid for. I will not be spending my money with this company again! 5/31/18 So now my husband got a message from someone in the office to tell me to change my hurtful review. I bought my stuff with the owners son who was fabulous but after that I delt with the big guy behind the desk that was a smart ass on the phone with me. I left 2 messages and never got a return call, then upon speaking with him after I kept calling back I was told he would call me back in 15 min, never got a return call and that triggered the obviously had a clue who I was upon getting there. As far as your sign in the lobby, maybe you should not tell customers that their request should be easy to do and will be ready in 2 weeks, then proceed to tell me if I don't hear from them in 2 weeks to call them! read more

It's a long, sordid story. Bottom line... numerous delays and excuses, and atrocious customer service. When we tried to bring our service concerns to the owner, he defended his incompetent staff and actually blamed us for their many delays. They do not answer the phone, and never got back to us after saying they would. This happened repeatedly. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Many weeks later, we canceled our order. I was surprised to actually get my deposit back. Oh, and they offered to not charge sales tax if we paid cash. Very shady. Perhaps someone should look into this. Well our business received a gift that was created to honor the memory of someone that departed us. So there were lovely emotions surrounding this gift. When it was delivered we'll back up , I wasn't given a delivery time because it was a gift . The people who delivered it were unprofessional and liars. They did a schlock job I mean schlock . This was cemented to my front porch. They were in and out in less than 5 minutes with glue and shit dropped on my front porch . I ordered two cement planters on April 01, 2017. I felt like I was deceived when I purchased these on their site. The planters that I looked at had some noticeable flaws in their structure. Pot Farm promised that they would cast me new pots, in which they did not. The time out prior to delivery was approximately two weeks. When this time came, I called them and they postponed delivery due to weather conditions as they claimed they had recast new cement planters for me. I agreed to their reasoning and asked when I should expect delivery. They told me it would be an extra week. When this time came up, I called them again and they procrastinated 3-4 more times until I finally received my cement planters today, May 11, 2017. My new pots have noticeable flaws that I pointed out to the salesman on the day of ordering them.
