Meaning, its a number one priority to ensure that consumers are satisfied, this creates trust, consumers spread the word, ( via the internet, good or bad). Overall experiences matters the most. People may like the sound of the idea of Flexcar, nevertheless, Flexcar must ensure that no one invests into a vehicle that's be altered( for instance, speedometers) People are only allowed to lease a Flexcar accordingly to its drivers history, right? So its apparent that when someone gets a notice from Flexcar saying they're driving 100 mph over the speed limit, its questionable. Research studies proves that (manufacturers) including specific dealers that insist on maintaining its own service, insurance, offers perks, etc., often sets speedometer in vehicles to appear as if its going the actual speed limits while its computer systems are reading higher (above the speed limits). There you have it, hidden perks thats in place to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals. Honesty is the best policy. Likewise, when Flexcar has hidden agendas, it takes advantage of honest citizens and at the same time, hinders one's clean driving history records. Always research, ask for the vin numbers, research it to find out the true value, and condition of any vehicle prior to taking on financial risks brought on by others. They would not like it at all if they were flimflammed themselves . I don't know, on one hand, the idea of Flexcar is good, on the other hand, in order to promote its' brand, Flexcar must not only appeal to its targeted audiences, it must be well capable of delivering. It's one thing to advertise, another to practice what you preach. Much similar to lobbying/campaigning, consumers expect trust. Bottom line, the best ideas for building any type of business is to place ( morality) as the number one, ( top) priority. Always remember (understand your audiences), know exactly what they want, ( most importantly) as regarding to it's individual needs /financial status and learn to build trust by evaluating each individual and this would most definitely allow anyone who has an idea of starting up a business as long as they ensure from bottom to top their plan satisfies each individual, satisfied consumers are happy consumers and happy consumers creates happy business leaders, loyalties across the board, people are tired of being scammed .

I recently purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester and wanted to share my experience so others can…read moremake a more informed decision. To start on a positive note, I did appreciate the way the initial sales process was handled. The salesperson allowed me to do most of the negotiation over text and email, which gave me time to review and think through the deal at my own pace without pressure. That was easily the most comfortable and beneficial part of the entire experience. However, once the process moved into financing, my experience changed significantly. My wife and I were among the last customers at the dealership that evening while staff were beginning to close out. During the financing process, we were presented with documents to sign both physically and digitally, but there was very little time spent reviewing a clear breakdown of how the final price was structured or how additional products were affecting the total cost. We were given a total amount, but not walked through how items like GAP coverage and the service contract were being applied to the financing. The digital signing process also felt rushed, with limited opportunity to carefully review documents before signing. It wasn't until after leaving the dealership and reviewing the paperwork that we realized the total cost had increased well beyond what was originally discussed. I had negotiated to stay around $15,500 out the door, but the final amount ended up being over $18,000 once everything was included. I understand that I share responsibility for reviewing documents before signing, but I do feel that more time and transparency should have been provided, especially when optional products significantly impact the final cost. Additionally, after the sale, communication became very difficult. What could have been resolved with a simple explanation, such as how to handle warranty concerns directly through the provider, was not clearly communicated. This led to unnecessary frustration and additional time spent trying to figure out next steps on my own. After reviewing everything, I chose to cancel the GAP and service contract products and handle future repairs independently. That process was completed through the warranty provider. While I appreciated the flexibility and professionalism during the initial negotiation phase, the financing process and lack of follow-up communication left me with a negative overall impression. Because of this, I would not return for future business. My advice to others is to take your time during financing, request a full breakdown of all charges, and make sure you fully understand how optional products affect your total cost before signing anything. Overall, this has been a learning experience, and I hope sharing it helps others approach their purchase more informed and prepared.

I spoke to Kelly on September 1, 2016 to see what was happening with my title and she said that I would have to talk to Chuck that she did not handle the titles. So I followed up with an email that stated it was imperative that Chuck get in touch with me on that day or I would file a complaint against their dealership and within an hour or so Chuck contacted me and seemed surprised that it had not been completed. He stated that he would follow up with the auction and he assured me that he would get it taken care of. Well, here I am 20 days later and it is still not complete. I have heard nothing from the dealership regarding this matter. I emailed the dealership on September 15, 2016 with no reply and followed up on September 19, 2016 with an email and the response from Kelly was that I would have to talk to Chuck since he handles the titles. It seems to me that if you work at the dealership then you should contact that person and have them call the customer that is having the issue and not expect the customer to take care of it. I guess there is no sense of urgency in this matter since they already have the money for the truck. As of September 20, 2016 I filed complaints with the Secretary of State and The Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit. I emailed Cannon Used Cars, Inc. to inform them of this and as expected they did not respond. I am not sure if this is how they normally conduct business but from the experience I am having I would not buy from them again and nor would I recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a used vehicle.

As usual, the negotiation takes unreasonably long, as they're trying to maximize profit from this auction car (Enterprise rental). And as typical snake oil salesman try to charge BEYOND just taxes & tag TO SELL ME THEIR CAR! AND they added it to the top-line value on the paperwork...to increase the sales tax and pad their sales figures. A LIE...that it was not fees for inspection, cleaning, and other such services. I demanded, and received, a 1 year warranty (to justify this new "value"). The car needed a new shock, so they gave me a loaner for a couple days, WHILE THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON! The salesman Brady, and the manager of the location knew about this!! No doubt the shop did, because when I returned to get them to redo it, I was told the REAL part would take A MONTH to receive! It really took 3 by the time I drove off the lot repaired. They didn't want me to cancel the contract, SO THEY SMILED WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE BROKEN CAR!! NEVER have I had such a dishonest and disrespectful experience at a dealership! I even tried to hire an attorney to combat and retard the audacity for car salesman to think they are untouchable! Sales goal-focused models lead to BAD customer service and letting UNSAFE cars on the road! The one star is for Mr White, in service, for being honest and communicative. I recently upgraded this vehicle, which never caused me any issues. Because this Nissan place knows that Dodge makes better cars than them...OR THAT'S ALL THEY'D SELL, IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR BRAND! Sales people are TRAINED how to take advantage of well-meaning people...who naturally avoid confrontation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT FEED THE SNAKES HERE!

My wife & I purchased a 2011 Ford F250 from United Auto Gallery on January 28, 2023 with 265,000 miles on it, this was our first time purchasing a Diesel vehicle. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I noticed it had a radiation leak, I got it fixed because I felt as if I had a good truck. 2mouths after I noticed a real bad oil leak I also got it fixed and reached out to United Auto Gallery to inform them on the issue that have been occurring with the vehicle. Here is August 6mouths later of purchasing the vehicle and now the entire fuel injection system have went out. I reach out to them again and explain to them all this have occurred with vehicle, they played victim and said I'm trying to blame them for happened with the truck and said my kind of truck always having fuel injection failure but refusing to acknowledge the prior issues before this. My truck had little dents and bents here and there but the truck look good but it had major internal issues. So I'm here to inform anyone to get a good mechanic to do a good internal inspection because United Auto Gallery sales guys only out to sell not to provide good quality to their customers.
