This program is a huge financial risk and honestly feels like a money grab…read more The insurance provided is state minimum coverage. Even if the other driver's insurance accepts full liability, you are still required to pay the deductible--either $500 or $2,000, depending on the plan you chose. I strongly advise against the $2,000 option. Once you report any damage to the vehicle (which you are required to do within 48 hours), Flex immediately bills the deductible. If it's not paid right away, they will repossess the vehicle. If you're considering Flexcar, be prepared to have the following funds available at all times: -Monthly payment averaging $780+ with taxes -Accident deductible of $500 or $2,000 (If you're in an accident during the trial and can't afford all required fees--such as the deductible, membership fee, and swap fee--you risk losing your initial payment. And having the vehicle repo. The fees can total over $1,300 within just two weeks. If you opt for the $500 insurance plan) -Vehicle swap fee of about $180 -Membership fee of about $249 after the two week( billed once a year) -Limited mileage, which adds more pressure -No grace period for payments. When you add all of this up, if you have this level of money to give Flexcar, you would be far better off saving for a down payment on a traditional lease and carrying your own insurance. In my opinion, Flexcar is not worth the financial risk.

I could barely see on my left side of the car while driving because the suv is so big. I called Flexcar and tell them my concerns and the rep Sancia had an attitude, the cs is terrible. She wanted to charge me $199.00 for a swap. I had the care less than 24 hours. After convincing her its dangerious for me to drive that car she finally gave me a free swap. i did the swap, a couple days later i wanted to cancel and swap out for another care and was charge $100.00 for cancellation fee. She told me I had 7 days to swap. today made the 7th day and when I tried to swap, I couldn't i was blocked. I tried calling , nothing. I chat on the web site and was promise a email, I will wait on that. It's so much hidden fees, swap fee, cancellation fee, and 250.00 fee for whatever. Im not sure if this was a great idea . Needless to say, when I return this car Im done.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester and wanted to share my experience so others can…read moremake a more informed decision. To start on a positive note, I did appreciate the way the initial sales process was handled. The salesperson allowed me to do most of the negotiation over text and email, which gave me time to review and think through the deal at my own pace without pressure. That was easily the most comfortable and beneficial part of the entire experience. However, once the process moved into financing, my experience changed significantly. My wife and I were among the last customers at the dealership that evening while staff were beginning to close out. During the financing process, we were presented with documents to sign both physically and digitally, but there was very little time spent reviewing a clear breakdown of how the final price was structured or how additional products were affecting the total cost. We were given a total amount, but not walked through how items like GAP coverage and the service contract were being applied to the financing. The digital signing process also felt rushed, with limited opportunity to carefully review documents before signing. It wasn't until after leaving the dealership and reviewing the paperwork that we realized the total cost had increased well beyond what was originally discussed. I had negotiated to stay around $15,500 out the door, but the final amount ended up being over $18,000 once everything was included. I understand that I share responsibility for reviewing documents before signing, but I do feel that more time and transparency should have been provided, especially when optional products significantly impact the final cost. Additionally, after the sale, communication became very difficult. What could have been resolved with a simple explanation, such as how to handle warranty concerns directly through the provider, was not clearly communicated. This led to unnecessary frustration and additional time spent trying to figure out next steps on my own. After reviewing everything, I chose to cancel the GAP and service contract products and handle future repairs independently. That process was completed through the warranty provider. While I appreciated the flexibility and professionalism during the initial negotiation phase, the financing process and lack of follow-up communication left me with a negative overall impression. Because of this, I would not return for future business. My advice to others is to take your time during financing, request a full breakdown of all charges, and make sure you fully understand how optional products affect your total cost before signing anything. Overall, this has been a learning experience, and I hope sharing it helps others approach their purchase more informed and prepared.

They have not returned my phone calls when they messed up my car. They are incompetent and nothing is alleged. I have video audio texts and they still don't want to make it right. How do you admit you messed up the oil plug tread then decide you don't want to fix it even though you agreed to because it was your incompetence. I will leave a review every week until I get justice. I will stand outside. I will bring the news. I will have a content day at the dealership. To take advantage of a young college student is insane. Then you tried to blame it on another dealership. I spoke to Kelly on September 1, 2016 to see what was happening with my title and she said that I would have to talk to Chuck that she did not handle the titles. So I followed up with an email that stated it was imperative that Chuck get in touch with me on that day or I would file a complaint against their dealership and within an hour or so Chuck contacted me and seemed surprised that it had not been completed. He stated that he would follow up with the auction and he assured me that he would get it taken care of. Well, here I am 20 days later and it is still not complete. I have heard nothing from the dealership regarding this matter. I emailed the dealership on September 15, 2016 with no reply and followed up on September 19, 2016 with an email and the response from Kelly was that I would have to talk to Chuck since he handles the titles. It seems to me that if you work at the dealership then you should contact that person and have them call the customer that is having the issue and not expect the customer to take care of it. I guess there is no sense of urgency in this matter since they already have the money for the truck. As of September 20, 2016 I filed complaints with the Secretary of State and The Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit. I emailed Cannon Used Cars, Inc. to inform them of this and as expected they did not respond. I am not sure if this is how they normally conduct business but from the experience I am having I would not buy from them again and nor would I recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a used vehicle.

As usual, the negotiation takes unreasonably long, as they're trying to maximize profit from this auction car (Enterprise rental). And as typical snake oil salesman try to charge BEYOND just taxes & tag TO SELL ME THEIR CAR! AND they added it to the top-line value on the paperwork...to increase the sales tax and pad their sales figures. A LIE...that it was not fees for inspection, cleaning, and other such services. I demanded, and received, a 1 year warranty (to justify this new "value"). The car needed a new shock, so they gave me a loaner for a couple days, WHILE THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON! The salesman Brady, and the manager of the location knew about this!! No doubt the shop did, because when I returned to get them to redo it, I was told the REAL part would take A MONTH to receive! It really took 3 by the time I drove off the lot repaired. They didn't want me to cancel the contract, SO THEY SMILED WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE BROKEN CAR!! NEVER have I had such a dishonest and disrespectful experience at a dealership! I even tried to hire an attorney to combat and retard the audacity for car salesman to think they are untouchable! Sales goal-focused models lead to BAD customer service and letting UNSAFE cars on the road! The one star is for Mr White, in service, for being honest and communicative. I recently upgraded this vehicle, which never caused me any issues. Because this Nissan place knows that Dodge makes better cars than them...OR THAT'S ALL THEY'D SELL, IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR BRAND! Sales people are TRAINED how to take advantage of well-meaning people...who naturally avoid confrontation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT FEED THE SNAKES HERE!

I was very disappointed in your inability to give this vehicle a charge. The vehicle was already at 60% so it didn't need much. But I was told they would go out of business if they charged everyone's vehicles. I would bring it in maybe every 7-8k miles and apparently this is too much of a cost for y'all to absorb. I have a "Level 2" charger at my house, but it would have been nice to get a partial charge. Mall of Georgia Hyundai has no problem charging my electric vehicles whenever I am there. I will be going back to Mall of Georgia where they treat you like family. Maybe that's why I bought 12 Hyundai's from them. I gave y'all a chance when purchasing the 2026 Palisade Calligraphy (in addition to possible future purchases) and am now unfortunately done with your dealership over something so insignificant. We are just a number at Potamkin, no relationship. Now concerning the checklist for this electric vehicle: Apparently the muffler, exhaust pipes, engine oil, transmission, fuel lines, fuel tank band, fuel tank vapor vent, fuel tank cap gasket, engine air filter, radiator core were all "Checked and ok at this time" even though this "Electric vehicle" has none of these components. I guess there is little wonder why there are so many "One Star" reviews. All I am saying is it would have been so easy for them to get a better review if they were more customer focused. Mall of Georgia has received so many "5 star" reviews from us due to being "Customer Focused!!!" All of this is obviously just my opinion, other than the other 1 star reviews.
