My wife and I pass by this place everytime we are on our way out of town to Las Vegas or Laughlin. Every time we always say "We have to stop there". Well this time we did and glad we did. They have a lot of merchandise, yes its a little pricey for what they get either at wholesale or from over the border, but it is a business and you are paying for the convenience of having it one location to shop for it. I love the Mexican style decor in this place. Lots to choose from. The customer service was Eghh when we first walked inside, but they nicely got friendlier at the end when we were paying. My only suggestion, the young guys wrapping ceramics with paper then placing in bag. You have to make sure fragile sides of a piece (i.e cats leg/paw stretched out) stays secure and should be upright in a bag and not long ways across, if you pack that way, then when the bag is picked up and handed to the customer the sides will be bent upward and snap a piece. Luckily, it was easily glued. So moral of the story customers, watch how the youngins pack your stuff and how they pick up the bags to hand to you. Don't do what I did and just assume it was logically packed. read more

My wife and I made the trip from sun city and didn't realize how easy it was to find ! The parking lot is nicely paved and marked! Bring your walking shoes as this place has a huge lot that is dog friendly and clean as you shop! You can walk and browse around with no hassles from very the friendly staff who are there to answer any questions! And once you purchase something they help you to the car or truck in a very professional and friendly manner always asking if there's anything else you need (they also have a delivery service ) my wife and I made a few purchases and will be returning soon to buy more. This place is dangerous! Like a candy store, I want it all! The selection of unique items for the house and yard is hard to beat. With each visit, the staff greets us upon entry and bends over backward to be helpful. I went looking for a birdbath this visit but found much, much more. I brought home pottery for the house and some really cool ma' and pa' rock ants on a swing. They are really pretty cute. They have nice art for sale here for all kinds of purposes which is great. 2 stars for that. I can't help but feel disrespected by the employees though who were all standing around the front doors and in the building with NO masks on, even when they require their customers to wear them. I asked the maskless employee who was checking us out if he could please put one on while helping us, he instead said "I'll just go outside" and got a different employee to help us. (Way to show some customer appreciation). Not 5 seconds later he comes back in without a mask on. It almost felt intentional as if to make us uncomfortable. I won't tolerate a place that openly violates their own safety policies and disrespects customers who ask them to follow them. Glad I only spent $9 here. It has pottery of all colors, shapes and glazes; lots of metal art for indoor and outdoor, and much more. We purchased three pieces for our yard and a colorful pot for inside the house. We went to look at some pots for our backyard on Sunday. What a horrible experience.. they do not have much available but they received a huge shipment we had noticed a month or so. We went back to see if they were now out for sale. The salesman said oh no those are not for sale. He was very vague about it. The owner comes out and he went on and on about how he to receive all these shipments that he did not want etc. It was unreal how he was complaining about have so much merchandise. He wants to hold it and wait to raise the prices. We were shocked by this guy who just seemed so into himself. Not customer oriented at all. Searching the internet for outdoor pots in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, I stumbled upon the most beautiful photos of the inventory here. Because we live in Fountain Hills, we planned a day trip. It was well worth it. The original art was incredible. Along with certain Mexican ceramics seen elsewhere were pieces I've never seen before. Some were jaw dropping gorgeous! That was inside art. Outside was a vast array in a large spread out arrangement of pallets of not seen before pottery of all sizes and shapes, colors and textures. I was amazed! Also the most incredible metal sculptures that bobbed with the wind and all at different price points. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. There was wall art hanging all over the building in different ceramic, metal and even stone appearing. I can't go through every different sort of indoor and outdoor decor item, but if you go, you won't be disappointed at all. Every employee was wearing a mask as were all customers. One of the more pricy indoor art hangings is still haunting me and I'm trying to think of where I can use it and have an excuse to go back. It's an easy ride on the 101 and the 303 to Grand. They have fast checkout and will load it for you with cardboard between the pots. But we brought several old sheets just in case. Perfect outing! Drove 35 miles from WICKENBURG. Arrived 15 minutes before closing. Doors were locked and employees were present. When told by the employees that they were closed I responded that it was 4:45 not 5:00pm which is their advertised closing today me. They very disrespectful told us sorry this is a way the owner wants it to be. I asked if I could speak to the owner and was told he had left for the night. None of the employees cared. It was 4:45. Disappointed in the indifferent customer service. We found pots that weren't priced and the manager told us they could not be moved to the sale section until other inventory had been sold. In total, we were going to spend over $500 with the addition of two pieces of metal agave. When we explained that we didn't want to buy the agave without the pots the manager replied rudely, " Well someone will." We left without buying anything and don't plan on returning. Lots of great pottery but business practices are bad example. They advertise 15% off with coupon and we were there when the told another couple that didn't have their coupon that "it's ok, we offer the discount too everyone, the coupon is too remind people that we are still here". So this weekend we decided to go and buy the pot we lived and got up to the counter and found out. The 15% discount only applies if you have the coupon or paying cash. We were a little taken back and looked around to see if there was a sign and there was nothing telling customers that. Then we examined the coupon and still nothing. So we spoke to the manager and his response was we have been doing this since 1990s and no issues but what I think he was really saying is that he has been screwing people since that time. So I give this place a poor rating and tell people to BE AWARE OF THEIR SALES TACTICS!!! read more
