Also they have the "good ice" from drinks. The food is delicious Tex-Mex. If you're from somewhere that hates that phrase keep moving. The food is well prepared and tastes great.

Saw a few…read moretiktoks with their loaded looking tacos and retro looking tostada- and we drove 45 minutes to Hutto to check it out. It was worth it. They have a very simple interior and menu, and we ordered a few items. The super Tostada, super taco, soft taco and their cinnamon sugar delights. Everything was LOADED. If you ever imagined eating food that looks directly out of a commercial, this place is it. The tacos were bursting at the seams. The Tostada required 2 hands. And it actually all tasted delicious. Like legit good. Our favorite was probably the soft taco flavor wise. It cost less than the super taco and had way more meat. A signature of this place seems to be topping with a ton of cheese, and none of us complained. Their hot sauce is really good too. We wrapped it up with their dessert item, and they were absolutely amazing. Freshly fried chips coated in cinnamon and sugar. Everything was fresh made and tasted like it. If youre looking for a Taco Bell equivalent but better in every way, this place is it. We were super surprised by how good it was.

I think Jersey Mike's has the best cold subs in the game and this location is no different to the rest. Efficient, delicious, and straight to the point. It's a pretty narrow shop, but most people are getting their food to go. There is not really a space for deliver drivers though as they tend to crowd up around the drinks especially during lunch as they all wait to pick up their orders. Overall though, a fair Jersey Mike's and a favorite of mine to go to if I'm eating lunch out. RIYL: cold cuts

It was an efficient and super easy process! My coworker has always raved about the Big Kahuna, so I finally tried it with beef, and wow... it did not disappoint. A hot, flavorful sandwich with jalapeños that packed just the right kick. This was my first time picking up in store instead of delivery, and it was a great experience. The location is clean, bright, and well-organized, with friendly employees and fast service. I also appreciate the option to put a name on each sandwich. It makes it so much easier than opening up each one. Only downside is the limited parking. There are two spots up front and a handicap space. Across from that is a couple of curbside pickup spots and a few regular ones, but the corner parking spots are reserved for the dermatologist office. I came on a Saturday night and I had to park in the dermatologist area. Thankfully they were closed. Overall, great food and great service. I'll definitely be back! I'm already craving my Big Kahuna again. I'm just salivating thinking about it!

You know that one movie? The one with that one actor who wears Texas on his sleeve? I think he has…read morea catchphrase with something along the lines of "For sure, for sure, for sure." I'm pretty sure that's what he says. Anyways, he eats at this burger drive-thru place called Top Notch. Thanks to this movie representing Austin so well, the movie and the restaurant became a cultural touchstone of the Texas capital. Fifty years later, Top Notch opened their second location in the middle of Hutto, Texas. I've been to the Hutto Top Notch location three times now. Once to try, once because of its convenience during an event, and once for lunch with co-workers. Each time, I've left with the same impression: it's alright, alright, alright. That's what the quote was. I remember now. I've only had their burgers. Twice, their cheeseburger, and yesterday, the Top Pick Burger. All things considered, it's a decent burger. There is nothing obscene or wrong with the burger. It's just a burger. The Top Pick Burger seems like it could be fun and special, but it's really just a worse burger compared to their cheeseburger. It's not bad, but I didn't find it a better replacement for a cheeseburger. Their menu has a lot more options than just their charcoal-broiled hamburgers. They have fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, seafood combos, and their Top Dog sandwich. Two hot dogs in a sandwich. Something I'd whip together if I was seeing stars off Benadryl. Their fries are pretty good, though pretty simple: skinny, crispy, and salty. Good fries. Their shakes are thick without it being a fight for my life to drink. I don't know if my lack of intense enjoyment was thanks to recently having Johnny Rockets and being more impressed with their attempts at crafting a retro '60s burger joint, but Top Notch is more or less Middle-of-the-Pack Notch.

Each visit felt like a different experience. During my first lunch visit, the service was impressively fast. However, the second time, the wait felt much longer; so long that I had to use the brake hold feature in my Tundra because my foot was getting tired from keeping the pedal down. The third visit was similarly slow, and this time my wife was driving. I even showed her how to use the brake hold feature because of the extended wait time. When it comes to food quality, I'll be honest, it's been consistently good during every visit. However, the staff mixed up our orders during the last two trips. Ordering through the drive-thru also feels a bit frustrating because it seems like the person taking my order struggles to understand me. It might be an issue with the microphone being too low or the engine noise from my truck overpowering my voice. I have been inside of this location. It's not bad at all, or huge inside. But definitely enough space to sit and eat if you are not in a rush. Plenty of booth and chairs with tables to sit. Ordering inside, my experience was a lot faster than the drive thru honestly. Despite the occasional mix-ups, the food has always been fresh, hot, and tasty; never stale or like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. Plus, I've never had any issues with my IBS flaring up after eating here, which isn't always the case with other fast-food places. My go-to order is the Double Whopper with cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and everything else; minus tomatoes. Parking can be tricky, especially for larger trucks like mine, as space is limited in the area shared by multiple restaurants. Overall, I'd recommend checking out this location and forming your own opinion.
