The fries are probably the best fries I have ever eaten. Seriously. I'm a fry connoisseur - I know my way around a fried potato! Best part: the price! They are priced appropriately. As the first employee reached to check the ticket on my bag, the other just handed me the cup. Frustrated, I filled my cup and left. I took my husband's lunch to his job; a Ham and Cheese Melt on a croissant and potato salad as the side. That was my first time ever ordering the potato salad and he reported that it was "pretty good". I ordered the Choose Two with a cup of soup and half sandwich for myself. I had my braces adjusted recently and I wanted to be gentle on my teeth, so I opted to have my sandwich on a croissant as well. That decision made no difference because that croissant was so hard and rough. The sandwich appeared to have been haphazardly thrown together and taking into account how busy they were, I would've given them a pass, but this was not the first time it has happened. My Broccoli Cheddar soup was delicious, as always, but they dropped the ball again when it came to providing our complimentary pickles. Neither of us received them. I feel that this is a common occurrence. If I were to have kept count, they'd likely owe me a jar of pickles at this point. Lastly, the deal that I was taking advantage of was for 50% off a Shareable when you order two entrees. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos to be shared during our movie night later that evening. When I've ordered this to-go in the past, all toppings were packaged separately from the tortilla chips. That was not the case this time. The only items kept separately were the chili/cheese mixture and the sour cream. All other toppings (tomato, red onion, pickled jalapeño, shredded cheese, extremely oxidized avocado, green onions and black olives) were placed directly on the tortilla chips, rendering them less than crisp. They were very stingy with the shredded cheese too, in my opinion. I just think the food quality and care has been steadily declining at this location. I tried to leave feedback through the app by contacting customer relations, but I received an error that would not allow me to proceed.

The only sandwiches they offered that day were premade ham or turkey sandwiches. They seemed to be preparing for Thanksgiving pick-up. Anyway, the Original Ham Sandwich was disappointing. The lettuce and tomato looked like ancient relics. The single slice of ham was thick cut and good. The roll was ok. There was no place to eat inside. Tables were piled in a corner. I'm not sure why they weren't making sandwiches in their menu or why tables were not set up. I probably won't be coming back.

The pulled pork had good flavor overall, but it didn't have any heat and the sandwich itself was a little on the dry side lacking barbecue sauce. The Farmhouse salad, however, was packed with flavor and loaded with grilled chicken, crumbled blue cheese, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, cucumber, and tomatoes on a bed of fresh greens. To wash it all down, I treated myself to a cold brew shake, which had great coffee flavor.
