The sandwich was free, but I added a slice of colby jack cheese for an additional $.30 (tremendous value, by the way, most other restaurants charge around $1). I was given the wrong cheese. Pepper Jack was added instead. But, do you know what? I went into the app to report the issue; I had my pictures ready and everything, but I didn't need them. I simply chose Order Issues, then selected the item, and voila! They added another free sandwich to my rewards! Now, that's what you call good customer service.
