First time at this location and the parking situation was a little odd compared to what I'm used to. The whole parking seem to accommodate the drive through only, whereas we were simply trying to dine in. After going around in a huge circle, we were finally able to find parking. It was not very busy inside. Tables were clean and fresh flowers adorn every table. There was simple games and books for kids to play with. The motion activated trash was a bonus. I also really appreciated the sink outside of the restrooms for ease of hand washing. The food came out pretty fast and was fresh. This was my first time here and won't be my last. read more

This Chick-fil-A opened recently and elevates the fast food experience to a new level. The interior of the dining room is upscale and trendy. There were fresh flowers on the tables! A server was cleaning (the already pristine) tables while I had my breakfast. I had the Chicken Biscuit. The biscuit itself is amazing light and fluffy. The chicken is juicy and breading crispy. There was sugar in the sandwich which made it a little overly sweet for me, my only complaint. Sandwich came out quick. There is a shelf with games in the dining room. The trash cans operate with motion detectors so you don't have to touch them....super nice. There is a nice out door patio that is fenced so you can bring your pup. And you can order through the mobile app and food comes automatically to your table. Can't be any easier. The parking lot is a little screwy, it seems to go in circles to accommodate the popular drive thru. read more

The service here falls short of the Chick-fil-A standard. Often find myself waiting a long time in the drive through and occasionally have missing items, condiments or silverware for salads. Real bummer but overall it does the job read more

On Black Friday, Nov 28th 2025 opening (6:30am) we went through the drive through ordered a meal & a sausage scramble bowl. We received a chicken scramble bowl and went through the drive through again letting them know we received the wrong item. The worker running the food out tried to charge us for the item, we explained we received the wrong item & he took the chicken bowl and brought us back a sausage one. There was half of the food in this bowl and him and the person working the drive through taking our order were extremely rude. It was obviously not their pleasure and it definitely was not ours either. read more

Just keeps getting worse. Currently trying to figure out how to eat my salad without a fork or drink my Diet Coke without a straw. This location is a mess and I legit can't even eat my meals from here as they pay such little attention to detail. Very disappointed that they still have not improved and management does not seem to care. read more

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience here. Great service, food and ambiance. I was mind blown by how clean and seamless their location and service was. I am a vegetarian and was very pleased to see several options for me. Parking was a bit confusing, but that may have just been because it was our first time dining in. Stood at the counter and watched employees and a manager taking instagram photos of employees holding drinks and food sitting in a table. No major complaints about this new location other than the drive-thru lines being a bit confusing. They have 3 lanes, one being for mobile orders, which I appreciate but when I went, one of the lanes ended so you had to merge. Seems like things could get easily congested. Other than that, the food was hot and fresh and my order came out correct. Staff was nice but I could tell they're still getting the hang of things. This location is close to our house so we'll be returning! read more

We came here today. We ordered chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich chicken wrap, and a cobb salad. We also got a frosted lemonade. The chicken nuggets and waffle fries were good and the wrap was good as well and the chicken sandwich was good. However, the cobb salad was not good. The lettuce did not look fresh and we told them they remade it and gave us a new one. overall good experence we will be back. read more

The building looks really nice, it's all brick which follows the Carmel aesthetic for all the shops/stores along Michigan Rd past 96th st. I placed a mobile order so when you pull up you just scan the QR code board in drove thru. There were plenty employees standing around outside in the drive thru area but they weren't paying attention to the mobile line, no biggie. Pulled around to get the food no greeting just someone handing out our bag of food. The food was ok, I feel like the one on 86th is better. They had just switched over to lunch and my bun was cold and stiff. Usually the buns are soft and steamed. They were just having their grand opening so I'm sure they're still working the kinks out. read more

Just opened and having growing pains. Drive through line was longer than most in the franchise. Arrived at the front and they told me to pull ahead so they could make chicken strips. Well there isn't much room to do so, especially since another car is already doing the same thing. Told kids to wait until home to eat, to keep the car clean. Daughter is upset because Sprite has no syrup. Guess I should have tried the drinks before leaving. Don't worry I will use the soda water to make myself an vodka soda to deal with the aggravation. read more
