What most will not tell you about NACA's amazing program is that after you get qualified, yes, there are NACA in house agents assigned to you. He took a chance on me and my family and rented his rental property to us. Joe was a blessing in disguise and an awesome landlord. Whenever there was a problem, or something needed to be repaired - he came out within the week to fix it and/or find a solution. He was kind and precise from the start. Joe as a realtor? THE BEST! For starters, I was interested in finding a home in WV and at the time he was not a licensed realtor in that state. Within the next two weeks, I received a text message from him that he had passed his WV realtor license and whenever I was ready to go look at houses to let him know. But WAIT! Let me go back - - - in the beginning of March 2023, me and my family decided we needed more space and decided to move from Joe's rental property. The following night, I submitted an offer on that same property with the assistance of Joe. Joseph literally walked me through/explained each form from top to bottom. As a first-time home buyer, I was a nervous wreck and asking questions left and right. He answered each one with style and grace and made sure I didn't have any others before submitting my offer. We even had a sharing note on our iPhones, where I would randomly type questions I wanted to remember to ask him.
