The first bad experience I had he convince me to buy a "used" park of zapatillas. They looked brand new and weren't even worn once but had no box. Something about them not fitting. They didn't have new ones in her size and we needed them for a performance so I told them. A few days later the buckle fell off. When I came he said bo returns. I told him I wasn't asking for a return but for then to be fixed it. He fixed it with a gold buckle (the other shoe had a silver buckle) he told me he didn't have one that matched and that I should consider myself lucky he was fixing then for me. I should have learned then but I didn't. I went back. Last week I bought a white pair of zapatillas paid $58. This week I went back and got a white pair and was charged $48. I asked if all their zapatillas were priced the same and he said yes. I then questioned why I was charged $10 more the previous week. He got his panties in a bunch and said his wife said the wrong price this week and I should consider myself lucky that I got a discount. They clearly don't have act together on pricing and their customer service skills suck. I liked that it was close to home but I am done being told I should consider myself lucky.

It may technically be a hat store, but the real focus is embroidered Mickey ears, and there are so many fun designs that it's hard not to stop and browse. I love how easy it is to personalize a pair and immediately feel more in the Disney spirit. I popped into Mad Hatter and they had time to embroider the hat I bought on Main Street at a different store the same day. The premium embroidery for Script font is $7.99 plus tax. The Basic cursive is cheaper but I opted for Script. Unfortunately, they are also limited to a few colors as opposed to the options available at the other embroidery spot. The other spot next door has a more advanced machine with more colors and fonts to choose from. I was in a hurry so I decided it was fine and chose purple. I had them embroider my name on my new hat. It was quick and I was out of the park in record time. If you have the time and want more options head to the other spot, but if you don't want to wait and are okay with the limited options, go to Mad Hatter for your embroidery needs.
