The people are friendly and it's good to see familiar faces. The clothing that they offer is very well-made comfortable and what I love the most is that it's always changing styles and rarely do you see people wearing the same stuff as you are. I don't even know where to start with this one. I ordered a Voorhees Badge Standard BLACK / 3XL and what shows up? A LARGE. Not even close. That's not a small mistake--that's completely missing the mark. Now here's where it gets worse. Instead of fixing their mistake like a professional company should, I'm the one stuck jumping through hoops. I've got to print labels, package it up, and ship it back before they'll even send a replacement. And guess what? They don't even have my size anymore. So now I'm forced to settle for a 2XL because of THEIR screw-up. Let me make this real clear--this isn't just an inconvenience. I'm a right above-the-knee amputee and have been in a wheelchair for 16 years. Returning packages isn't some quick trip to the post office for me. It takes effort, time, and planning. All because they couldn't send the correct item in the first place. And the cherry on top? I don't even get my replacement until they receive the wrong one back. So I'm stuck waiting even longer for something I already paid for. You messed this up--not me. But somehow I'm the one paying for it in time, effort, and inconvenience. With over 1.4 million views on my Google reviews, I take customer experience seriously--and this one is a complete fail. Do better. read more

This is an update to my last review. The reason for the 5 stars is because of the fast response I received back along with the refund. Now the only thing that bothers a little is the fact the I can't get a hold of a live person to speak to over the phone. My purchase was returned and is actually headed back to the store. It was never delivered and the usps returned it. But I'm just wanted to know if the person I bought it for could just go in and pick it up once the store receives it? I purchased my first Sullen shirt through a boutique store and was very impressed with the quality of the product. I went on to purchase several more shirts directly from their website. In one instance they sent me 2 extra shirts more than what I ordered. I called and informed them and followed their instructions to return the extra shirts (something I did not have to do). In that order I had a non- premium shirt. That shirt a few months later fell to pieces. I contacted Sullen via email with a photo of the shirt- simply stating I felt they had a quality problem understanding they would not offer to replace my shirt or refund the money. I expected them to come back with an apology or something - especially since I had taken my own time to return the 2 extra shirts previously. The person responding to the emails is Yesenia- and it is obvious she could care less about customer satisfaction. I called Sullen and spoke to another lady that again could care less. It is pathetic that they have such an eclectic product but do not give a crap about their customers. For Sullen - my Request #730594 - and below is the photo i submitted. After reading Ryan's response along with side emails- I would like to add that do not appreciate his false accusations of my comments to your customer service. I do not speak to people in that way- I try really hard to treat every person the same way I want to be treated. I know what I said and how I handled the conversation, and that is not how it went. Living in SoCal, its hard not to run across someone in Sullen gear. I was never personally interested but my boyfriend spotted an ad and asked me to get him something to gauge the size. Cool, Cool, Cool, ordered a flannel, a beanie and some stickers. Had I researched instead of just buying what he asked for, I would have seen that they are only a 30 minute drive and gone in person. Now im waiting 2 weeks to file a claim with USPS because my package was never delivered and Sullen customer service is lacking, well, customer service at this moment in time. Even after following their "directions" for service, I have yet to get a call back or response... If they get their act together and regain my trust as a consumer I'll update this review... I'll also update if they make me wait 2-God knows when weeks to resolve my issue instead of taking a more proactive method. Side note, I'm aware that USPS is its own company and is at fault for failed delivery. I'm disappointed that Sullen would use them if this is the resolution to a possibly reoccurring problem, and that they have not yet designed a faster and more consumer friendly manner of resolving issues with their choice of delivery method. ***update. I filed the claim as they requested, gave them the number. I told them I no longer wanted their product, at least not through the mail... and they told me they could not refund me after holding onto my money for over a month. I asked to see the policy claiming they could not refund and all of a sudden I'm being refunded. All of this through emails because there is no phone number to get a hold of anyone. So days between messages here and there. What a waste of time for everyone involved and such a crummy way to lose a customer before they are even sold on the product. Good luck to anyone whose packages get lost or delivered to the wrong people, unlike major stores and companies, this one doesn't have a clue how to be proactive or keep a customer happy. read more

I've ordered a few things from Sullen clothing and I'm super stoked on the sizes, quality and overall look. Each time I've placed an online order I got a quick response and they have notified me on the shipping and delivery and needless to say I'll be ordering more their designs are sick. The only negative I have is I wish their shorts came in bigger sizes and some of the designs they are sold out of in the bigger sizes other than that. Sullen clothing is totally worth it. read more

I bought a bag for almost $200 and it had a year warranty and yes the warranty is up but when I contacted them and told them that pretty much every zipper is broken there's rips in the side of the bag there's rips on the bottom of the bag. For paying $200 for a book bag this should not happen. This means that it's not well-made and they're overcharging for their items. I understand that they can't replace it because they said they don't carry that bag anymore but they could've offered me a discount on the bag that they do have there, but they didn't offer me anything they told me to take it to a seamstress, so I do not recommend anybody buying from this company because they overcharge you on cheap clothing and cheap bags and cheap attire read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Placed an order and chose USPS priority shipping to my PO box. They instead chose to use fed ex who doesn't deliver to Po boxes and apparently lost my order. Contacted customer service about the issue and he told me they don't offer any assistance on shipping issues and that I need to contact fed ex. read more

Well as you can see I have a lot of Sullen shirts. I have been a customer for the last 10 years or more, mostly online though. The store front was stocked full the last time I went, they even have some of the hand drawn art framed and mounted on the walls. I did find a shirt I could not buy online at the store and ended up buying it here. As for the online shopping they are great with returns if needed which is free 90% of the time and ships/gets delivered here in CA within week from your order date. Also, you always get a sticker or two with your order. I have been lucky enough to get some other free item's as well -Very appreciated Sullen. The collection itself is made up from several tattoo artists and there art, the quality of clothing is good, great socks too -I own several pairs.
