Excellent garden center! They have a wide range of plants, shrubs, and trees, plus a ton of planters, statues, fountains, and other decor. There's so much to explore and be inspired by. I bought two forsythias and rosemary seeds. The employee Shireen was super helpful and friendly and even assisted in loading these beautiful shrubs into my car. Prices are reasonable and if you're a savvy plant shopper, you know what you can propagate easily and what prices are fair. I highly recommend this spot! read more

I had Pots & Plants level and re-set our 50' slate front walk that was installed by the original owners 23 years ago and in need of repair. I also had them replace a couple hundred mis-matched pavers and reset some of the borders and sunken spots on the pool patio. Lastly, they installed several beautiful, large rhododendron. This was just as the Covid-19 crisis began to peak in early March. Matt and Amir were very responsive and attentive to the project and the crew worked diligently and efficiently. They resell concrete statues that you can buy online for $50 for 6x the price ($300). Has a nice selection, but the pricing is outrageous.

Getting them to honor the guarantee on installations is a challenge. They blamed issues on under watering even though only some of the plants had issues and identical ones did not. Plants still look bad 7 months later and they just say they don't have anything in stock to replace them. I guess the warranty is only honored if it happens to be convenient. Avoid this place for a large job where you need the warranty to be honored. Otherwise convenient for small items such is little plants or grass seed and such. read more

This nursery is beautiful and has a huge selection of plants. I was looking for an areca palm to have indoors and was greeted warmly by multiple staff. My questions were answered and a handful of people were involved to ensure I got the best service. I don't know squat about plants but I was educated very well by staff. I selected my perfect palm and a couple of the guys helped me pick out the perfect pot. One gentleman helped me consistently, I didn't get his name but we'll call him "Beard & Glasses," he was wonderful. He and a sweet girl helped me repot the plant so it was home-ready. They really went above & beyond, especially Beard & Glasses. It feels like a family there amongst the staff, I could tell the owner was around. Aside from the great people, it's also kind of a magical place really. As I walked around the outdoor plant area with the little pond and fountains, it was so peaceful and relaxing. A very refreshing experience and a big contrast to big name nurseries, as someone else wrote in a review. I'll be coming back here for ALL my plant needs. I've stopped in here on multiple occasions and the quality of plants and service has just gotten worse. Some of my neighbors have had their landscaping done with them and initially, the service looks great but upon further inspection, you'll notice that many of the plants have diseases or insect infestations. The owner is quite rude and seems to know very little about plants in general, The prices are quite a bit higher than competing nurseries within a few miles. I was really hoping for a great neighborhood garden center but this place isn't it. read more

This place is in such a great location. It's really a shame the customer service is so deplorable. I stopped in about a month ago to check out the nursery and do a little shopping. I had a couple questions about some plants I wished to purchase, so I went inside to ask for assistance. In the store, I walked in on a man and a woman, who I later learned were the owners. They were in the middle of a very heated screaming match so much so that they completely didn't notice I was there. Normally, I probably wouldn't care, but I had my six year old daughter with me. The whole ordeal was so unprofessional and inappropriate. We went back outside, and I waited several minutes for the dust to settle from the argument. Then I went back in, introduced myself, and asked if one of the owners could answer a couple of my questions at her earliest convenience. She was so rude to me, that i left immediately. Ive never experienced treatment like that in a retail setting ever in my life. I recommend skipping out on this headache all together by shopping at Merrifield Garden Center or Meadows Farms. If you do decide to shop here, don't bring your small children. Will not be returning. read more
