He explained I had severe dry eyes and gave me a plan to help. It's been 2 months and having had eye pain for years, I no longer suffer. I now use Oasis artificial tears (preservative free), OcuSoft eyelid scrub and warm wet compress on eyes everyday. My eyes never felt better. He did not try to sell me glasses I don't need or talk me into surgery I don't need. One opthamologist even tried to put a needle in my eyes and wasn't giving me anytime to even think about it so I walked out. Give Dr Bloomberg a try. You will be very happy you did.

He was masked, of course, and spoke quite softly. (Even the staff at the desk chuckled about this. I didn't). I asked him to speak more loudly, which he did for about 30 seconds then sunk back to inaudible. His accent made things even more difficult. In addition, he really was on auto-pilot, probably after having said similar things to hundred of previous patients. I think he might have said a number of important things about the eye exam, but I couldn't make out what he was saying. I figured I'd just read it in his report on the eye exam, but all I received was a printout of my prescription, nothing about the results of the exam. I would not go back there for an exam. Too much money, too little information.
