My friends and I shared the Lexington Suite. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a relaxing and restful night. Since we were the only guests upstairs, we peeked in the other guest rooms. They were all lovely. The host, Barb, was delightful. She was so welcoming and kind. The breakfast she prepared the next morning was absolutely delicious. Even though you cannot book directly through the website, it was easy to contact Barb via email and reserve our room. She was really responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Inn the Garden.

There are five en-suite rooms each with their own theme; we stayed in the Cottage Room with a comfy king bed. We were there two nights with college friends in town for a wedding. We all had so much fun that we're talking about making it an annual thing! The breakfasts were so delicious, fresh fruit, gourmet coffee, teas, pastries, and each morning a different egg soufflé dish with either bacon or sausage. You're all set till dinner. There's also Scoops on-site, a yummy ice cream parlor. We were able to walk downtown to the farmers market- proximity to this cute town with adorable shops is a plus. It's only a 10 minute drive to Lakeport State Park - if you're a rockhound you know what I'm talking about. Oh - she also sells Young Living essential oils and all the bathrooms are stocked with those amazing soaps. We highly recommend this B & B!

A french press was available too. Alice even put a jug in the fridge so it was cold. It was very clean as well. The bathroom was stocked with communal toiletries, and the kitchen jad a variety of condiments and spices to use. She has some clear instructions on a printed sheet which were helpful, things were clearly marked for ease of navigation, there were a few books, magazines, and board games. Alice should update the photos because she also added a small table with chairs and an extendable leaf for dining. The decor was cute, and the bed and couch were so comfy. I honestly cant wait to stay again and I'm generally more of a hotel person instead of Airbnb.

The location in Caro was perfect for day trips to different areas along the shores of Lake Huron. We are also into geocaching and found several within walking distance. Breakfast at the Himelhoch is fresh, plentiful and prepared to order, coffee is hot, and the wrap around porch the perfect setting. The proprietor is also generous with the amenities, offering a hot tub, bonfire, and a fully stocked game room that's always open. Our room was clean, comfortable and cute, bathroom was spacious. Super comfortable king size beds, retractable tv's, and large soaking tubs was exactly what I wanted & needed. I honestly wanted to make sure that I mentioned everything that made this a great experience. Since so much thought & consideration is taken into making a great stay.
