Claims they HAVE TO see my girlfriend to issue a refund after My girlfriend expressed that she would not be coming back for a THIRD TIME, or at all after she was so incredibly disrespected BY THE DENTIST. The person we spoke to on the phone (614-948-2388) was exceptionally rude unwilling and unhelpful AND SHES THE MANAGER. Refused to issue a refund then claimed I was threatening her when I told her without refund I would contact The BBB & dispute charges with my credit card. She also called my girlfriend a liar after she mentioned hearing staff talk about using the wrong equipments her intial service. Please beware of this company, their incompetence and poor, POOR customer service. What business doesn't refund a bad product with worse service? SAMPSON DENTAL! You'll notice on every page, Google, Facebook, Yelp, these people are a joke and instead of making it right with their customers they just argue? What kind of customer service is that? However, I needed some simple x-rays of my teeth and either the x-ray holder was TOO BIG for my mouth or the "hygenist?" was placing them incorrectly and they wouldn't go in. I said, OW. YOU'RE HURTING ME. So she shoved harder and started fussing like a 2 year old. I said, STOP. THEY DON'T FIT. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She stamped her feet, fussed like a baby and said, so you are refusing the procedure? NO, i said. IT DOESN'T FIT. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She called in another staff member to complain that i was Un-Cooperative or something. This staff member did NOTHING USEFUL. Didn't even speak to me at all. 1st woman- then braced herself like she was pushing a bolder up a mountain and began SHOVING the appliance back into my mouth. It still didn't fit. I was in so much PAIN that i nearly jumped out of the chair. Almost to tears, the 1st highly trained and skilled "hygenist" finally brought in Dr. Cheung. I told him the appliance didn't fit in my mouth. Please do something different. He immediately told them to do the xray a different way. No problems. It was done in a moment. Professional. I DON'T BELIEVE that the xray film would not fit in my mouth with the application of even the slightest professionalism or patience or that ANY of the fussing and violence to my mouth associated with getting the x-ray was even necessary. Any person even remotely interested in actually getting the job done- would have accomplished this simple task with almost no trouble at all. This female hygenist and the staff in general are Stunningly Brave, absolutely Beautiful, perfect in Every Way and are obviously being oppressed. Please don't change a thing. His staff is very friendly, and I always left there feeling like really cared about me. They had payment plans for me, so when I was a poor college kid I could afford to keep my teeth up to date.
