My glasses broke on a trip to WV and I saw the sign and went in. Fortunately he was able to see me and conducted a thorough eye exam for glasses and contacts. He explained everything he was seeing inside my eye and showed me the detailed photos. He recommended and gave me a sample of contacts which last 30 days. I never liked wearing contacts because they dry quickly and I can't even tell these are in. The best part is, I don't even need reading glasses with these lenses. Without an appointment he examined my husband that very same day. They schedule another appointment but was a month out. Second time around the prescription was wrong again! He then asked for a refund. At which point the customer service turned from nice to downright mean and nasty. Additionally they only granted half of the cost as a refund. The reason for a half refund, some excuse of a restocking fee. Over $200 for a restocking fee for glasses that were made wrong twice and never worn. Would not recommend this place at all.
