I left work earlier than normal so I could meet him early enough so he could go on with his day. We met and he looked over the job the said he would send me a quote. That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. This is just poor customer service.

They brought a truck with a hydraulic feed wood chipper/mulch machine and a power stump grinder. All the workers were professionals and knowledgeable which could have been so because of what they said to be of their 10 yrs experience in the industry. Of all the companies I reached out to, they were the only ones who could grind down deeper than 12-14". They gave me a very competitive quote for all stumps at a maximum depth of 3ft from the base. They came in fully ready, with a sizeable crew and got the job done in less than an hour. They removed absolutely everything and exceeded my expectations.
