Payment terms were very reasonable. The day of went PERFECTLY! Our bus driver, Ceaser showed up 15 minutes earlier than I expected. He was very friendly and polite. Once our guest started showing up, he was very personable and helped everyone with luggage that they had. And the bus was in amazing shape. I got a pasta dish and sat and watch the cyclist go by. Better than any free tickets I've ever received at numerous sporting events. The atmosphere for Palo Alto was fun times. There were a lot of people but it did not seem to be overbearing. I talked to a volunteer at the event, a couple sitting next to me gave me their extra race sheet and we hoot and holla when the lone cyclist rode by. I got a local cycle girls phone number :), when my iphone camera missed the last great rider, another iphone user emailed his picture to me right there. What a beautiful day for watching cyclist in a beautiful city. I hope Palo Alto gets to do the time trial again, because it makes the race much longer to watch. They were definitely one of the larger expenses, ending up at $9,300 for those vans. However, they did the job! My only complaints were that, despite doing a dry run of the venue before the day of, they did get lost on the way to the venue with our guests. While this is not a huge deal and they did find their way eventually, for this pricepoint I expected closer to perfection. Additionally, despite needing to stay at the pickup location until 3:15pm, they left early, which wasn't ideal for the timing of our event. That being said, overall positive experience and was thrilled to have a company able to solve the logistics needed for our event!

There was also a sign that there is additional parking behind the museum. After checking in there was a craft/art activity with stickers and tempera paint sticks. Low mess :). Adjacent was a play area with colored scarves, a pretend campfire, felt board for the children to explore, and books. Before entering the museum area Anna gave an introductory talk describing what to expect. She made it interactive which was very nice. They also did a song to get their wiggles out. She then guided the group through the museum to the carpeted area with cushions for the kiddos. Ana talked about and asked questions about the art on the walls. She read Under the Same Sky to the children and made this an interactive experience also. It was just the right length of time, thirty minutes. This was just right for our 18 month old grandson.
