They were under even more renovations and pavement work although it appeared that it was newly renovated. Paint work and new striping - to an already great looking place. For whatever reason I had to go to 3 different pumps to attempt to pump diesel. The first didn't accept my credit card. The second had a large big rig nozzle on it, and the third I finally got some diesel out of. I pumped I think just under $100 - my tank was low. Price was a little under $5/gallon after a slight upcharge for credit. Receipt didn't print at the pump - I kinda like them to check gas mileage once in a while.

Yes I tear up every time I go to the pump but I use my Shell app every time at least to save an additional five or $.10 a gallon. During these times every little bit makes a difference. The problem wasn't just what they said, but how they said it, their dismissive and unhelpful attitude made a simple request unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, they strictly refuse restroom access. The older male clerk was also notably rude to another woman who came in just to ask to use the facilities. Avoid this gas station. They are unwilling to help customers with basic issues and provide no path to resolution. All he did was threaten to call the cops on me because I was asking for help with the service.

After a half an hour debate they sent us over to a storage company on Walter's road where we were told a truck was waiting for us. After sitting there for half an hour with no one around we called back the main store who told us to return because they had finally found the keys. When we returned there was 1 incompetent worker and a ton of customers waiting and it was nearly an hour before we were pulling away with our truck. Not only did they waste our time but the time of our friends who were waiting at our place to help load the truck. PLUS being military and doing a DITY move from Fairfield to the base we had to weigh every truckload and the scales in Fairfield & vacaville closed at 3, which meant some late evening driving all the way to Dixon. To top off their complete disregard for customer service when we came to return the truck @ 8am the next day there was no one to meet us. As I am writing this review on my phone (45 min later) we as well as 6 other dissatisfied customers are still waiting to be helped.
