This place will spam you. First off the cashier was on the phone the whole time and never got off the phone with some random person on speaker, which is totally unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked him how much are the hats. He didn't know how much they were and then I pulled the hat and said this hat how much and he said $20 when normally add other gas stations they cost around 10 bucks so at that point, I knew he was gonna scam me. I put up my two sodas and it says on the label two for five dollars and when it rang up, it was more than five dollars. I told him about the sign and I said do you want me to show you? He said it's for a different thing and we haven't replaced a sign and I said that's not my fault that's your fault and he wouldn't take the money off. He charged me the wrong amount and scammed me. I do not recommend going here. They will rip you off and scam you even though the sign clearly says the price. read more

Yeah the cashier when I came here was rude and had a bit of an attitude. Let's get into it. He didn't let us utilize the 2 for $3 Gatorade special as advertised. Me and my boy Ball Lightning were trying to combine our orders and he was being a bic. Other than the cashier, this is a pretty standard 7-Eleven. Nothing to report in that regard. The location is quite convenient. It's right off of the freeway exit of the I-80, so we came here after a hike in Rockville to pick up some drinks. This was during our Locke road trip. My boy plumbst told me he's come to this particular 7-Eleven on multiple occasions due to its convenient location. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I were hung over from all the wine we had from Napa and decided to come here to grab a soda and a slurpee. As we were being rung up, he rings us up for $13.92 and I didn't catch this until my BF had already swiped his card. I then see and I tell the cashier that we got rung up for $13.92 for a slurpee, a big gulp and a bag of chips. The cashier then says, 'Oh no, it's for EBT" and shows us a $2.37 receipt and I'm like, "No you rang us up for $13.92" Then he rescans our things and rings us up for $4.41. The cashier doesn't know much English and cannot understand and I ask if we could call him if we see the charge on our credit card and said yes. When we get back to the hotel, my BF checks his credit card transactions and sees that we did get rung for the $13.92 so we drive back. What irritated me the most was that we got there and showed him the transaction and instead of helping us, he helped like 4 customers first. I get super irritated and say, "LOOK Im not trying to stay here all night." Cashier then helps us and instead of giving us our money back, he tells us to just get $14 worth of stuff from the store. I protest and say, "No we dont want more stuff from this store, we already got stuff, we want our money back." Cashier looks dumbfounded and said we just need to get stuff. Across from Del Taco, this seemed a good place to get a Big Gulp. As with so many Northern California 7-Eleven locations, the color and taste of the Mountain Dew was off a bit. The customer in front of me was debating the freshness of some chewing tobacco that had an expiration date of more than 1 month in the future. Therefore, everyone else needed to wait for whatever his thinking was, to come to an end. In any case, the cashier told me the rest of the story, and charged me $1.00 for my $0.99 Big Gulp. I suppose when the rest of the prices are only really expensive, you have to do that. Thankfully, it's far enough out that I won't likely return, unless I'm at Del Taco first. read more

I am a 7-Eleven fan! Had spent a couple of nights at a hotel nearby, and was heading home. Needed gasoline first. I was told that there were gas stations here so off I went to see the area. I was so happy to see this 7-11 store sold gasoline! While I filled up, the others went to use the restroom. The restroom was not clean, and there was no toilet paper. Looked like there was only one clerk on duty at the time so the guy had no time to take care of the restroom. The store sales floor was pretty clean though, and was well-stocked. Decent size 7 eleven. The service is usually quick and store never has more than 3-4 customers inside when I have been. They have soda, snacks, magazines, coffee, candy and other miscellaneous gas station/convenience store type items. Prices are pretty cheap as well. read more

Star one: I work nearby so it's incredibly convenient to fill up my work truck and feed my unnatural caffiene habit. Star two: Double Big Gulp Diet Dew is my drink of choice but it's tough to find it in fountain form. They have it. Star three: The syrup to water ratio is always right (no Dew colored carbonated water like I get half the time at other places). Star four: They have a bathroom (see star one and two). Star five (the only one that really counts): Their refills are cheaper than other 7-11's. A 2xGulp or smaller is a 99 cent refill here. It's 1.19 everywhere else. That in combination with their punch card phone app makes it a great deal. One downside is the gas area is filthy. Like, "stick to your shoes" filthy. read more

Several occasions I get "transaction cancelled" on several cards including debit card... no reason given, just "see attendant" which defeats the purpose of convenient outside card readers. There is sufficient available funds in the cards I'm trying to use. If machines are not working there should be a sign on them so people don't waste their time. Still gets 2 stars for when I am able to get gas the prices are competitive. I haven't been inside for food purchase in years but I don't recall any issues there. read more

I have now filled up at this place three times. They never have paper in the receipt print out. I'm amazed at how bad they are when it comes to printing receipts out at the gas pump. Went in on Saturday 8/20 to get free Slurpees because they were offering Free Slurpees from 11-2. The clerk (I don't know his name but he is an Indian decent) said to us that the kids are not free. We said ok and just filled up our 1 cup that we came with. Then after the disappointment on my kids faces, the clerk jokes and said no I'm just kidding. Stopped in here on my way to Sacramento. My cell phone was on "low battery" and my car charger was not working. I approached the young man at the front behind the counter and asked if they carried chargers. He directed me to the display behind me and even came over to help me find the appropriate one. A number of men came into the store behind me, and he had an alert eye, but he was helpful and patient. I really appreciated him helping me to get back on the road quickly. I just came to this 7-11 and as I go inside to put money on my pump the cashier is clearly on FaceTime with someone but still proceeds to check out the customer in front of me as I walk up to the counter he turns the camera around to show me to whoever he is taking to and starts giggling. Always clean, always stocked and the employees are incredibly nice. I couldn't say this two years ago but I can now. Whoever manages this place deserves a raise. Nice job guys. The slurpee machines always seem clean and they have random and unique flavors like always. The coffee center is also very clean and has been fully stocked each time. They also sell milk at 3.50 a gallon so that's awesome. I actually can't find anything negative about this particular store. read more
