Cheap gas prices we always go to when traveling EB.. We know if it goes up or down.. one morning we asked the guy when the gas price went up since we just pumped the gas 2 days ago.. One woman butted in working there too said $2.65 has been their gas price for 4 months.. Seriously lady??? 4 months ago your gas price was way too low and even 2 days ago it was $2.55... This lady must have resigned from Chevron and start working at Arco since chevron does not regularly change prices like Arco..Don't lie to your customers, they are not stupid.. Better not butt in if you're inaccurate... Update : April 30 They keep on raising their price almost few days after up to .5 when all other gas stations dont.. The people were nice enough who were behind the register, both men. The men's bathroom is "out of order" and the woman's bathroom was nasty. Upon checking out, one of the guys said that he was happy because he was going to be off work in 20 minutes. In my head I thought he could be cleaning the bathrooms instead of standing there visiting with his coworker because that's really all they were doing. It's not like the store was very busy. It is nearly 10 PM right now and when we were in the store there were maybe four other customers in there. Right now, my husband is adding oil to our van and I can see clearly the entire store through the windows and there's one customer in there but yet they can't do any better than this in the bathroom. I'm handicapped and unable to use the restroom without the handrails and I didn't dare touch them. No towels to dry my hands, no dryer, no trash can, no soap. I have been all over the world and this place looks like a 3rd world dump. I thought that they were closing a remodel in and now this is how they run their business. I will never ever come here again. I literally wanted to wash my shoes after walking on their floors. Most of the stores empty or missing items and again it looks like something that you would find in a 3rd world country. I have no problem coming to the US like any other immigrant and opening a business and doing the best you can for you and your family. However just like my family we came from very humble backgrounds but if this is any indication of where they had come from I do not understand why they would want to live this lifestyle here. PJ was an AMAZING manager here. since he's been gone, this is one of the worst gas stations ever. I live close by and am here all the time, everyday- and for some reason a younger woman who has a public relationship with an employee is completely neglecting the duties required. even when products get delivered shes absent out front and flirting with the employees and there is ALWAYS ALWAYS a line to check out because agian, there will be four people working but only one doing his job. it's gross to see the manager and employee making out in the gas station pumps when they think the coast is clear- but their productivity sucks and I wish PJ was back. its embarassing. the manager looks like she was the daughter of the owner, or she gets familiar and works her way up. it's just how it seems?! she doesn't care about the amount of people in the store at all. so many people complain, I've had to leave three times. this place sucks now. I am anxious every time I go into this location; not because of the crime rate in the area but because of the employees. I currently have an active corporate complaint against this location for sexual harassment. Once I went in and a middle aged Indian/Pakistani descent male employee solicited me for sexual relations, going so far as to offer me $100 an hour. My last visit, this male employee and his younger male coworker were speaking in Urdu back and forth in front of me while eyeing me up and down and licking their lips. It's disgusting. I am by no means "asking for it." I am a 20 something business professional and usually come in wearing a suit or jeans and a tshirt on my day off. It's gotten to the point where I drive 2 miles out of my way to go to a gas station that's more expensive so I don't have to deal with these "men." If you're even slightly attractive, I highly recommend avoiding this station, unless you're looking for business (if you know what I mean.) read more

I usually fill up my car with the gasoline here. It is sold way cheaper than at Chevron across the street. It's also usually one of the cheapest in this area. Come here around 8, 9, or 10am weekdays or late weeknights because it tends to be less crowded. It's around the afternoons and weekends when this place is stuffed. It's pretty convenient for me to come here. I live near here and I can just get some gasoline and go directly to school. The employees are pretty nice. The snacks that they have here are pretty inflated since it IS a convenience store. I just hope gas prices go down. In Texas, New Mexico, and parts of Arizona just a few weeks ago, the gas was less than $2.80!!! So jealous. read more

I stop at this Arco every two weeks on my trip into San Francisco. It is Midway I can fuel up and use the restroom. Today, however when I arrived the pumps stopped working. They thought they got the machines going again so I paid for my gas and went outside and try to pump. Before I even looked at the handle one of the associates came out and told me that the pumps are still down. I told them I would need to wait till they get the pumps running because they were now holding all of the money in my bank account. Yes, I am cash broke today due to the fact I paid all my bills in advance for this month in anticipation of starting my new state job where I will only be paid once monthly. CarmenMary began to unravel after dealing with a woman who was disabled who came in and explained one of her $50 gas cards was not active that she had prepaid for. She then began waving her hands telling me she "don't do this and can't do that" and now I can just leave. She kept insisting I was asking for free gas when in actuality I was just asking for the gas that I had already prepaid for it. Once she became belligerent I had no choice but to leave, I noticed the third sales associate go right to my pump and try to pump gas into a bucket. I have never experienced such attitude from any members of the staff in the two years that I have been going to that store every two weeks. And you can bet I will gas up before I get anywhere near this Arco again. I can also say that the bathrooms are never, I mean never clean (never is an absolute and I can honestly say not one time have I ever been there were the bathrooms clean) nor do they ever have paper towels to dry your hands with. Needless to say I will be calling corporate shortly. I also had an issue with Jas who was extremely rude to me and even raised his voice. We stopped by this place last week on Mother's Day, for a water bottle on a road trip. The owner had a dj there, a jumpy house and free spins to get free munchies. I've never been to a better gas station! This is now our go to stop forever!!!! We had such a good time, the owner there had a genuine warm smile, we can tell he is a good guy. I received Outstanding support from the lady at the counter and rest of the staff when, while stopping to get gas at this station I realized that I left the key from the gas tank cap home, fairly far away. Ok, this has to get the best rating for all the Arco's in the area. I've come to the conclusion that despite the fact this place is near the mall, it has the best over all average prices for gas. Day in and day out, this place consistantly sells a gasonline for less than its competitors. Caution go fill'er up here during off peak hours. It can be crowded here. read more

Ugh. Have cash on hand. Not even debit unless you want to donate an extra 40 cents each transaction: one for gas and one for snacks. It sucks, especially if you're trying to track business trips with your cards. And good luck figuring out their shitty payment system at the pumps. Then, keep your head on a swivel driving in an out. What a couple of a-holes. I pick up a 12oz mountain Dew kickstart which is usually $1.69 or $1.79 at most places sometimes even as high as $1.99. So this guy rings up my drink and it comes out to $3. Id give them a 5 star for their prices alone, but i have to knock them for a couple things. 1. Difficult access in and out of the property. I almost get in to an accident everytime 2. Why are there no ways to keep the nozzle running automatically? I hate having to hold the lever down and wait to fill my car up! 3. The food and beverages are super expensive! Thats where they get you. 4. Homeless outside need to be ushered away from the door. Twice in the last few weeks I have stopped here, bought gas and tried to get air for a tire. Law requires free air if gas purchased. Twice in a row, clerks have given a deliberate run around, refusing to turn in the air in hopes I will think it easier to just pay a dollar. These people are petty cheats. And tonight was like the 3rd time ive been over charged they have a special on 32oz fountain drinks they are supose to be 79 cents ive been charged full price at least 3 times that i paid attention to ive had problems with being charged tax on candy. They dont offer a reciept and i dont feel like i should have to ask for one it should be standard when i pay for something anything there i should be handed a reciept for my transaction. And to me they dont give a reciept so you can see what you were charged exactly how much its for a reason because they are shady they are getting away with riping customers off. You cant even see on the register when its being rung up the price your being charged. Why not every store ive gone in its always displayed . but not here. Why?
