Our first couple sessions consisted of her finding stretches and other movements that tend to my needs specifically. Already, 5 stars for being able to accommodate me within less than 12 hours and he was able to pre-pay them as well! My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! She was so. freaking. good that immediately after I started seeing her once a month for close to 6 months. During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot. There were also multiple points throughout the massage where the masseuse was hands off, and not massaging my body to grab lotion or whatever else, instead of keeping supplies handy. I'm saddened that this has been one of my worst "spa" experiences to date.
