She takes her time with your brows to make sure they are perfect. Most of my eyebrow appointments never are over 7 minutes. Epiphany spent 30 minutes on my brows (give or take) and during that time I fell asleep because her space is so relaxing. You know the vibes...calming, earthy, grounding. The infared sauna gets warmer than some versions, so you can have them up near 170 more like a traditional swedish sauna if you like. The halo therapy was the first for me and very unique. Salt therapy I know is very useful, but to have the medical grade salt in a closed room is a very different experience. I could see it really helping with COPD and asthma as it's claimed to do. The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. They also offer a number of plans and pre-paid treatments at very reasonable prices! I say go give it a shot if you've ever thought of trying!
