They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services.
