I would love to report that my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction. This is great because my parents and I love Dr. Patrone and all the back office dental staff.

I simply had chronic laryngitis for which I had been tested and treated. I had documentation of my diagnosis, as I was going to an ENT to check for possible anatomical reasons for my laryngitis after my "appointment" there. I asked to speak to Dr. Knust, as I figured he might be more reasonable. But, even though I saw him go into an office behind the front desk, his office manager Tania Serrano (sp?) was brought how to tell me I was banned from the building and they were calling the police. Needless to say, me, my family or friends will be returning to this office. The website says " "We are committed to providing quality, compassionate care, and will take the time to understand your unique needs to help you accomplish your dental care goals.". In my case, that did not happen .

Unsure about the work done as still have some discomfort as pain but hope it will improve so I'll not have to leave another bad review and far less to look for a different dentist once again. Just took a star off for now as am not sure how the dental treatment plan will improve.

I think is extremely wrong especially when I first called them for my very first appointment as a new patient and asked them if they charge credit card fees and was advised they do not! The dental office should have notified me prior to my visit via email or text. So, they can go and take their 3% and shove it!!! I am not paying no credit card fee for anybody it is not a convenience fee for me. It's more of a money making scam for them!!! So, if you wanna continue to use them, that's on you, but I wouldn't use a credit card if you wanna get charged the fee!! I don't pay fees to anybody!!! You can say whatever negative thing you want to me, It's not gonna change my decision to continue to use them. Not to mention, the office staff is the most snotty ppl I've ever met!!! I will be looking for a new dentist!!! They could've waived the fee for me today!!!

I'm glad I took a chance with Landing Dental. I have transitioned my family to this location and…read morehave no regrets. They take clients as young as 12 and my three children had excellent new patient visits. My youngest who is 12 tends to get anxiety when visiting the dentist and she was paired with a dental assistant that perfectly kept her calm and reassured that she was in great care. He listened to her when she needed a moment and explained every next move he was making. They start you off with X-rays, take photo like images of the teeth and gums, and then explain areas of concern and a treatment plan. The plan is very detailed where it shows what the insurance covers and what is patient responsibility. The pricing seemed very reasonable, but I'm sure it also depends on your insurance selection. You go at your pace and decide where you want to start. All in all, from start to finish, service is exceptional, welcoming, and supportive.

The office is beautiful with all the bells and whistles. The hygienist did a great job. When I made…read morethe appointment and inquired about the fees I was told the exam and c-rays would be about $70 (accurate) but they would not disclose how much the cleaning would be and now I understand why. Unfortunately they are incredibly expensive. $300 for comprehensive evaluation, X-rays and cleaning. Plus they try to get another $65 for fluoride varnish (I felt it was unnecessary as my toothpaste has fluoride in it) and oral cancer exam (which was included in the exam at my last dentist). I normally pay $125 for biannual exam, cleaning, X-rays and oral cancer exam. I understand having such a nice office that they are recouping costs, but I feel this is excessive. My previous dentist (in California) gave me a discount as I was cash pay. Not having to bill insurance is a plus for the practice as they are paid immediately. Also, they offer Invisalign, which is nice. Normally charging approximately $8k, they were offering a back-to-school discount and it would be $6,000. I can get the same type of orthodontics for $899 through Smileie which I will probably be doing. As the cost difference is so great for the dental work I will probably coordinate care with my dentist in CA as I'm back there periodically anyway. If you have insurance or affordability isn't and issue, this practice will probably be a good experience for you. It was for me until I had to get out my wallet.

This dental office, the front office is not on par with professional dentists-and I've been to a few. First, let's talk about the HIPA law that they're violating. my husband, myself and my insurance company have been sending medical records like estate to a non working email address that Regency has all over their letterhead and even the dental treatment plans. when I asked about receiving my docs, 2 people told me that they don't use it, they have another email address. Why would they place that email address on letterhead and billing info? Whats the delay in changing an email address? I can't believe peoples medical records are just out there! Also, I've left several messages with insurance, and front desk for an appointment, to no avail. once I ended up driving there to speak to the people at the front desk. i called once last week and today, the only reply is the same auto-text and when you leave the message, no one actually follows up. The other issue is, my pre-authorization came in, thus allowing the Dr to go ahead and start my dental work, approving what will be paid. I've been trying to contact these people to get in the schedule. You would think they would contact people who help contribute to the business BEING in business, thus services rendered = Getting paid. Apparently, the business of being in business is not important. Why wouldn't you call patients back, to schedule the visit? I don't understand what this is about. Another dental name will not make the business reputable. They should be embarrassed by the level of service they're providing patients. Lastly, I will complain to the Dr., and if he acts as if it's not a problem, I'll kindly get out of his chair and in another dental office.
