They didn't provide a clear order of services and multiple people seemed to be coordinating the clean up but all insufficiently. We had to repeated call the office to get updates and know when people were coming into the house. The cleaning crew did a good job on the attic insulation and vent cleaning. But we had to call the powers washers back because they missed a few spots outside. They had the main interior cleaners come before all the other work was done so we had to ask them to reclean the house (we found a lot of dirt and footprints in the house). There was mismanagement of the workers by the company. Our main agent couldn't make it and the replacement they sent to pick up our check straight up lied and ghosted us.
